Chapter 2

The warmth of the silk sheets left a comfortable fleck on my body.
My mind still marked with dizziness made my eyes blurry. Upon blinking my eyes a couple of times I saw the view in front of me, I was present in a room I have never been to, the interior, walls, and colours I have never seen it.
A sudden rush of anxiety spread across my body as the past events flashed in my mind the smoke, the gunshot, the guards and most importantly my father. The exhaustion didn't matter now, I stepped down from the bed and was about to walk out of the room but the door stretched out revealing a common figure I know.

" Miss Nara?" Miss Nara, she is my caretaker. The was part of Banharden's family for a long time before I was even born. I adored her, she took care of me like her own daughter

"Y/N I need you to calm down I'll tell you everything" Knowing that arguing with her is a waste of time and energy I seated down on the bed.

" your father, he was one of the noblest men I have ever met. His idea of giving justice to all was unique and respectful but the thought of making every immoral person moral was something amiss. The King tried his best to save both of you but..... he couldn't. Later the king removed all the palace servants assuming that they might get have leaked the information of the hospital to the underworld but the attacks didn't stop. Soon he had to leave the country with you. After exiting the place of the trauma he rebuilt everything, gave you every possible pleasure he could and this time he made sure no one attacked the little family he treasured. But that didn't last, this daybreak he was attacked by the dominating group in the underworld, the Klim"

" A- Attacked?" Words left without realization.

" yes, I believe they hid this information from you. it's for your good you just have to-"

"My good?"
I can not believe this, all this seems so unreal, we are the monarch why will we have a relationship with the underworld that too a relationship of solving disputes isn't that the job of policemen and law? And now all this is for my good? How does that even sum up

" my father he... is attacked and none of you have even thought to convey this information to me!! And when I am asking you are saying it's for my good!!"

" Your highness, those men and media present there were a risk to your life and if the information is put in front of you every possible citizen of the world will come to know about this secret relation between the king and the underworld"

" how possibly can that happen?"

" I am afraid I can't answer that," She said with a sigh.

" I want to see my father this instant" I was terrified. Tears made their way into my eyes all I want now is my father, his assertions, his well-being and his impounding care of all the hardships.

"W- what" As soon as the words fled the door flew open with a male figure.

" they are ready" He spoke as he breathed in.

Miss Nara looked at me with concerned eyes and an emotion I can't comprehend.

" you have to leave Y/N this place is not safe for you. Members from Klim are after you and I promised your father for your safety. I know you don't want to leave but please understand the situation here." She said moving quickly as if she understands what I am going through.

" but where?" At this point, I am left with no energy. If this is my fate I'll go with it.

" To harbour there you will have to board a yacht they'll take you from here to Korea and your father will shortly join you as he promised" I heaved, contemplating.
