The land felt like my home.

It sure took hours to travel but the view was worth it. Hobagsaeg was a beautiful town it had its bustling charm. The population sure was less and everyone here did odd but important jobs.
My too-formal outfit caught everyone's attention. I could feel others' gaze as I walked behind Jin as Jimin was busy loading flowers into the truck.

All of a sudden he halted which led me to crash into his back. He turned back and maintained stern eye contact.

"No one should know where you came from." He spoke flatly. His voice had no tone, no emotions and no signs of exhaustion.

" Um sure" his words were confusing, what would he get by hiding me?

"Don't overthink, people here are nosy, they like to get their heads in matters they don't belong. It will ultimately lead you into trouble." he confirmed as he moved to near an emerald green jeep.

"Oh, I'll keep that in mind" I assured

" It's alright, you don't know the language here and only a few know English so you're fine" Speaking he made his way into the jeep.

"You don't wanna come in?" he spoke again, eyeing me from the window

"Jimin won't join us?" I questioned.

"He has a truck to load and he lives in the town"

"You don't live in the town?" I spoke while sitting in the jeep

" No, I live in the forest, I am a hunter remember?" He turned on the engine and we drove away.

The time moved fast and the conversation sunk. The air was filled with peaceful silence as we moved through the thick lush green forest. It being monsoon, the weather slightly gloomy and breezeway with cold winds. The windows were rolled up but the heavy movements of the winds could be felt.

I moved my gaze from the running woods to Jin who seemed to be focused on driving. I gulped. I have never seen a Koreans except Jungkook, his father and my parents. I have only seen my mother through pictures and paintings and she looked beautiful. I do look similar to her, we have the same eyes and nose and my father has fewer Asian features as he is  half-Korean. And after so long I met another man who has unimaginable charms,

Jin.

He looked surreal. His dark hair fell on his eyes as he moved his slender hands to move it. His eyes narrowed at the end as his gaze scraped on the road and his lips parted. His side profile sure had an impact on everyone, and I think I am one of them.

"Y-you" words escaped with my consent. It was as if I had no control over them.

"Hm" As hummed as his eyes shifted to mine.

Suddenly the world slowed down, his hazel eyes on mine but it sure didn't last long as I pulled myself back.

"Ah w- well um h-how long?" Nervousness rushed through my body as his eyes were still on mine.

" Just a little further" How can he speak so calmly when I am a mess?

I have never felt this type of affection for someone before. I know it wasn't love, love is a powerful word and I feel afraid to use it maybe it's just minor affection but people do fall in love sometimes, right?

"Your dress..... it's expensive" he uttered with curiosity. I looked down at my dress it was a simple green, sleeveless midi dress.

"How did you get it?" he added.

"Oh that, you know .....I didn't have many clothes so I used to borrow them from my owner's daughter who had pretty stylish clothes" I spoke with hesitation.

"Oh, you must be habituated to these types of dresses but I am sorry I only have a pair of T-shirts and jeans and these types of formal dresses aren't found here" He spoke his eyes still fixed on the road.

"It's alright, I am delighted that you are sharing your clothes with me" I spoke with a small smile.

Soon the environment was awkward again but with good awkwardness.

Funny that people whom you met hours ago can make you feel tingles in your stomach.

It's Affection guys not Love.
