"Marco... Marco wake up..." Star said calmly.

Marco woke up. He still couldn't move. He looked away from Star guiltily.

"Marco... we'll solve all this later. I just need you to promise me you'll hear me and the others out before you go ahead and make a choice..."

"O-okay... It's the least I owe you. I can't move anyway..."

"How is your eyesight...?"

"Poor... but... I can make out some things..."

"And your memories?"

"As painful as ever..." he said guiltily.

Star suddenly gave him a bone-crushing hug.

"I-I thought I lost you..." She said emotionally.

"Y-You didn't lose me OW!"

"Sorry! Sorry! Your arm. And your other one... we need to wash it in clean magic. My mom will take you to the magical sanctuary soon enough"

"Star... I don't deserve this..."

"You do, Marco. You were manipulated by Toffee into helping him"

"I-I can't lie to you, Star... I still want Eclipsa dead..."

"Understandable, Marco. We can work on that. All that matters is that you're with us now and not encased in that crystal. Even that was too cruel..."

"I-I felt cold... empty... it was hellish..."

"Yes. We're gonna talk. I'll get you some fresh bandages for that arm. Your ones are old and scraggy..."

Star got some fresh bandages and unraveled his old ones. The skin on his arm was twisted and contorted. He had burned badly...

"Marco... what have I done...." Star said sadly.

"It's okay... I've had... RGH! Worse..." Marco ached.

Star magicked up some ointment and rubbed it into Marco's arm.

"ARGH!" Marco gasped in pain.

"Shhh... It's okay.. this will numb you..."

Marco sat there awkwardly as Star helped his arm.

Suddenly, the others, along with Moon walked in. They cringed at Marco's arm but were ecstatic to see him.

"Marco... I'm so glad you're okay..." Tom said happily.

"Tom? Is that you!? I can't see anything..." he admitted, pointing to his grey pupils.

"We're here, Earth Turd. Even me" Ponyhead said.

"Actually, I'm glad I can't see right now" Marco laughed softly.

"Earth Turd..." she muttered.

"Marco... me and Tad are happy to see you acting... somewhat normal..." Kelly said bashfully.

"I... have some things to atone for..." Marco admitted sadly.

"We will fix this, together..." Janna said.

"Janna? You're here? Who else is here?" He asked.

"Me, Mom, Janna, Tad, Kelly, Tom and Ponyhead" Star said as she worked on his arm.

"Your arm needs to be doused in magic, Marco..." Moon said inspecting his arm carefully.
