Hell Bound

Athena starts to shake her head "No you are not going to the underworld Zoe it's to dangerous" she said looking at Zoe with a look of horror on her face. Zoe looks at her mother "Mom, I have to go I need to bring Bucky back he deserves to live a full life" says Zoe. Athena raised a eyebrow and with a small smile she reached out and touched Zoe's cheek "Oh my owlet you and I both know the only way Bucky will do that is with you and you say you love Steve so why bring Bucky back to have him watch you live with Steve that isn't fair" says Athena. Zoe pulled a face at mention of Steve and closed her eyes tears spilling down to her cheeks.

Zoe pulled away from her mother and wiped the tears away Zoe was about to respond when some taps Athena on her shoulder. Athena and Zoe turn to see a servant holding up a goblet "My lady the Ambrosia" says the girl softly. Athena turns to Zeus and the rest of the Olympians "Father are you allowing Zoe to partake of the Ambrosia?" asks Athena. Zeus stands up and walks towards them "My granddaughter has proven herself not only through this trial but through many throughout her short lifetime so yes she may have this" he responded with a smile.

Athena and Zoe hug "Mom, I think I should give you immortality back so I can get my own and take that cure" says Zoe. Athena kissed Zoe's forehead and Zoe felt weaker and there was a burning pain racing up her neck. Zoe grabbed her neck " Damn this hurts" said Zoe wincing in pain. Thor was by her side instantly just in case she fell over Zoe gives him a smile, Athena takes the goblet from the tray and holds it front of Zoe. Athena then turns to Olympians and Asgardians "I stand before you all to proudly bestow my daughter Zoe Athena Stark the life of immortality and may she use it wisely and well long live Zoe" says Athena handing over the goblet. Zoe takes the golden goblet raises it and most everyone in the room cheers save it a few.

Zoe brings the goblet to her lips it was golden in color and it smelled sweet. As it touched her lips it was sweet like a mixture of pomegranate and blueberries and a hint of pear. The liquid and the sweetness dance across her tongue it was quite one of the best things she had ever tasted. "Drink it all Zoe" said Athena after Zoe only had a few sips. Finish it there was a warmth that spread throughout her body and the burning pain that been began to disappear. Her body began glow a light purple with golden hue on the edges. She felt her strength and a surge of power flow through her, balling her fist together she focused on creating balls of light and threw them up and juggling them. Zeus clapped "Well done Zoe I see immortality suit you well!" says Zeus happily as he embraces Zoe in a hug. As he pulls away in boom voice "Now let's celebrate my dear granddaughter's triumph and a have feast before she heads to the underworld for her true love!" shout Zeus with arm warped around Zoe shoulder.

At the feast Zoe was talking to Artemis about the journey ahead. "Dear niece are you sure want to go it won't be easy especially since you have to take the troll with you" says Artemis taking a sip of her wine. Zoe just nods "I have to it's like a part of me is missing and I feel like even in the underworld Bucky is restless and is calling for me" response Zoe. Artemis smiles and shakes her head "Love is trouble and nothing but struggle never perfect like everyone wants it to be" she says rolling her eyes.
Zoe bits her lip " Life and love are never perfect and there will always be struggles and you just have to pick the one you want to go through those struggles with" said Zoe. Artemis just takes raise and eyebrow "And your person is Bucky?" she asks. " I think so it's always be him from the moment I meet him in person there just was this connection at first I wanted to deny it and I fought it because of Steve....but the pull and is just to strong" says Zoe. " What about Steve?" asks Artemis popping a grape into her mouth. Zoe just shrugged her shoulders "I don't know but it's over I mean he never truly loved me and I about to send Her to eternal damnation so I don't think he will be so forgiving" said Zoe. Artemis was about to respond when rather plain man approached their table "Lady Artemis and Lady Zoe how are you both this evening?" asked the man. Artemis popped another grape in her mouth still full "I am well Hephaestus" responded Artemis in a slightly annoyed tone. "Oh Zoe this Hephaestus the god..." but was cut of Zoe who was excited " of Craft and smith to the Olympians I mean your work is legendary you made Hermes helmet and sandals, Aphrodite's girdle and of course the Ageis which help me in my trial I am truly amazed by your craftsmanship it truly is beautiful even with Medusa's head" says Zoe happily.
