The next few days went similarly: breakfast together, often with at least one other Avenger who'd wandered to the kitchen, check up with Bruce, each go do their own thing for a while until what they called ring training where Steve would practice shutting down weak spells.

At night a few of them would gather and watch a movie, one of witch being The Incredibles that made Nora move excitedly- Prism's eyes would occasionally glow pastel blue, rather than purple, as the infant used magic to watch through her mother's eyes.

Now looking eight months pregnant, Prism was informed her baby shower would be today. Seeing as all her friends were Avengers, and mostly male, they decided to ignore the female only tradition.

One of the things she was most excited about was for another visit from Doctor Strange who agreed to go down the line and tell everyone what Nora thought of them.

Even before birth, she had shown magical prowess- often by tinting Prism's magic blue as she tried to help with her dad's training.

The same shade of sky blue as his eyes- the mother noticed.

She dawned another 40s style maternity dress and Dutch braided her hair for the party, forgoing shoes in favor of her beloved fuzzy socks.

Clint and Laura planned the party and décor, Tony financed it and helped the other Avengers set up. The party hall-the same one that held the Avengers Ball all that time ago, was beautiful decorated with pastel streamers with a few holographic ones mixed in, white curtains covered the normally cold walls and a few girly rugs colored the floor.

A gift table sat against one of the walls and it was piled high with boxes and bags, a soft purple antique arm chair sat near it.

When Prism and Cap entered, arm in arm, their friends gave little cheers and big smiles. Soft music played in the background, in a moment of intense joy, Priz's hair shimmered pastel blue as Nora showed her mutual excitement.

Strange smiled, tilting his head with interest as he got his first feel of the infants magic signature for a moment. "How long has that been going on?" he asked Clint who stood beside him with his wife.

"Beats me." He murmured back.

"A couple of days. It seems she wanted to help with Steve's training." Natasha whispered, keeping a smile on her face and her eyes on the couple-face not moving at all as she spoke.

"Incredible." Strange's smile grew.

"You should have seen her reaction to that." Tony murmured as Steve helped his partner to her seat.

Strange gave a curious look.

"You know, the movie The Incredibles?" Tony asked, shocked.

"I'm a Doctor, not a child."

"I've seen it." Bruce spoke up softly, making them both look back at him, making him shrink as he realized how silly he'd made himself look.

"See? Even Doctor Jolly Green Giant has seen it." Tony clapped him on the arm supportively.

A few silly party games led by Laura- including a diaper changing race that made all the men oddly competitive-winner being Clint who already had two of his own children and second being Steve himself closely followed by Tony and a frustrated Thor who ripped the leg off his baby doll accidentally- they were all gathered around the gift table.

A few of the gifts, cushioned by a light blue magic glow flew toward her first, placing themselves at her feet. The group pretended not to be surprised but Strange was visibly aghast.

They didn't seem to realize but this baby was coming within the next couple of days; he was positive.

"You get them soon, sweetie. Sit tight...please." Priz patted her stomach a bit nervously.

Steve picked one up and held it while she opened it- her large stomach making it impossible to hold them on her lap. It took two hours to get through the mountains of gifts, baby, toddler and some child things alike to take into consideration how fast she seemed to grow.

At last, it was time for Stephen's party trick as he called it. They all sat in a circle, Steve and Strange on either side of Prism who buzzed with excitement.

"Ready?" the doctor asked, eyes looking from mother to father and getting nods from both.

"First, let's check in with her. See what I can find out." He placed his hand on her stomach that moved under his hand, making him smile. "She's trying to feel me too, her tiny hand..." he chuckled.

"I can feel it too...her magic is reaching out."

Strange nodded. "She's very healthy, and sorry for...cracking your rib. She was very excited and is trying to be more careful." He knit his brow in confusion as he glanced up at her face for a moment.

The group was surprised to hear this but noticed the parents weren't.

Prism caressed the side of her stomach, hand glowing purple as she comforted the infant and wordlessly assured her she was forgiven.

"She likes that. She says your magic feels good."

She gave a kind smile that reached her eyes, looking down at her belly with eyes full of love.

"From a magical stand point, that means your powers are compatible and you should be able to train her with no issues." The sorcerer added a small smile of his own.

He looked at Steve who eagerly put his hand above the other man's. "She says she'd know you anywhere, and she hopes she looks like you -mommy thinks you're handsome."

Priz's eyes got big for a second and she blushed as he smirked at her and winked. The group quietly laughed.

Still not looking for a relationship with him, but she did think that to be honest. She always had.

They rounded the group again like they had before, notable comments being that she liked Thor's hair, the was grateful to Bruce, wanted to learn to fight like Nat, learn from Tony and thanked Clint and Laura for planning the party.

She then said something to Strange just before he removed his hand that he kept to himself until after the party when most of the guests had left.

Prism opened a portal to the extra bedroom Tony had built for Nora and floated the gifts through while Stephen waited around.

"You're hovering, Strange."

He looked over at Steve, "Like my last name or are you saying I'm hovering weird?"

Steve narrowed his eyes.

"It's a joke, Rogers. Relax." Strange raised his hands in surrender. "Nora said something else and I wanted to tell you two first."

Prism finished and closed the portal, walking over to them with interest.

"Hey Stevens!" she giggled, getting a seriously? Look from both of them that made her laugh harder.

"Apparently Nora has a message he wanted to deliver in private." Blonde Steve said, putting his arm around her shoulders.

"Oh?"

They turned their attention to the doctor.

"She said, she'll see you in two days."
