A few days later, Steve paced outside the meeting room where the interview was going to take place.

Prism, always late, jogged over in a beautiful light blue 40's style swing dress that swished around her knees. It lifted her bust and was fitted at the waist to show her form, the color intended to complement her boyfriend's eyes.

For a fraction of a second, Steve was taken back by her perfect look, simple make up, the vintage up do and kitten heels to finish it off.

As much as he despised her, and made fun of her looks...she really was stunning.

Until she opened her bitch mouth.

"Late again." He grumbled as reached the door.

"Can't rush perfection, dreamboat." She smiled.

He rolled his eyes, "I wasn't rushing perfection, I was rushing you."

"Just smile and look pretty while I spin a web of lies." She opened the door before he could reply and entered the room first, noticing he pretended to have opened the door for her.

"Sorry we're late." She apologized to the two people in the room. One with a note pad and the other with a camera.

"Only a few minutes, no harm done." The one with the note pad assured them as they came in and sat in the chairs by the window.

Prism fanned her dress out and crossed her ankles, hearing a photo snap as Steve looked over at her as she did it.

"Thank you for agreeing to talk to us today! You both look perfect, if I may say."

"She always does. Even in sweats and a t-shirt." He smiled, she looked down and pushed her hair behind her ear, forcing herself to blush.

"Stop it." She playfully shouldered him, wearing a smile of her own as she looked over demurely - another camera snap.

"So, let's jump into it. How did you two meet? As Avengers or...?"

"Tony held a meeting and told us he'd found a new Avenger to bring aboard. She came in and I was..." He whistled, "absolutely struck by her beauty. All I could think is...I've got to get to know her. Boy am I glad I did." He leaned over and pressed a kiss to her temple- Click.

"I was so nervous to meet them in person. It was intimidating but Steve was quick to help me feel at ease. He was my savior for the first few weeks until I really came into my own."

The reporter nodded, writing down everything. "And when did the feelings start?"

"How could you not fall in love with America's golden boy?" Prism laughed, looking up at his now pink cheeks. "I always thought he was handsome but meeting him in person and getting to actually spend time with him...I fell fast." She shrugged with a smile.

"and you?"

"Like I said, she was a complete bombshell, and I admit that's what drew me to her originally." He paused, glancing at the interviewer before returning his gaze to his girlfriend, "but her dependability, courage, sense of humor and kind heart is what got me hooked." He winked at her- beat that.

The interviewer wrote frantically, "What's your favorite thing he does for you on a regular basis?"

Her eyes grew wide and he cleared his throat, looking around the room.

"For the record, of course." The press added, while the photographer blushed and took a picture of their expressions- coming to her own conclusions as she eyed Cap.

"Whenever we're in a room together, he loves to be cuddly. He stands behind me and wraps his arms around, or has me rest my head on his chest. I love to cuddle and he's...wonderful." She sighed, making goo goo eyes at him- click.

He gave her a brief look that said well played.

The man turned to Steve, "I love her laugh, and I make sure she does it every day." Checkmate.

This genuinely made her laugh, covering her mouth bringing smiles to everyone's faces - Click.

"See?" he chuckled.

The interview went on like that a bit longer until the final question, "Now for our most asked fan question; when can we expect a wedding? Kids?"

Both Prism and Steve were stunned for a moment, "Someday, sure." He spoke first.

"Not yet though." She added, "but I do dream of a little blonde girl with grey eyes."

He smiled as the press wrote that down eagerly and clicked a few more photos.
