The first movie ends around now so I'm using this page to fill you in on what has happened between the two films.
(I'm going to have to wait until across the spider verse comes out on Amazon/ Netflix/ Disney + before finishing the rest of the story.)
To sum it up, you were stuck in a different dimension, obviously not where you were meant to be.
For some reason, Peter never arrived in this dimension, until finally you realise your in the wrong one.
Stuck with no where to go, you resort to finding this world's one and only Spiderman, Miguel O'Hara..
