❝ We are sitting in a circle, playing 'Never have I ever'.
"Put a finger down if you've ever made out with two people within 24 hours of each other," Taylor starts the game.
Some girls start chuckling and take a finger down, mine stays up.
"Okay, put your finger down, if you've ever used a stuffed animal to, you know," another girl continues.
Taylor puts a finger down, defending herself, "His name was Harry Bear Styles." which made everyone laugh.
They ask about who ever had sex, been to third, gone to second. Almost everyone seemed to have at least one finger down by then, except me and Belly. It felt kinda awkward and made me question myself.
"Put a finger down if you've ever made out with Jeremiah Fisher," Belly suddenly says.
Wait what? How does she know? Did she see us yesterday by the pool?
I put a finger down, biting my lip. Everyone seems shocked, some girls even envious.
"Wait, Julia, we want all the tea," Nicole says.
I take a sip out of my glass, "Um, I mean, there's not much to tell. He's like my best friend."
"And when did it start?" Gigi asked.
"Well, he's been flirty with me for a while, and um yesterday we kissed in the pool at our house," I mumble shyly, wanting everyone to look away.
"Well okay, so whatever. Uh, put a finger down if you've ever been skinny-dipping," Taylor saves me from this embarrassing situation.
Nicole takes it even further, "Put a finger down if you've ever gone skinny-dipping at Hopper's Cove."
"Is that a dare?" Taylor laughs.
"Absolutely."
And this is how we all ended up skinny-dipping at Hopper's Cove. We're all a little tipsy already, having so much fun, laughing our asses off.
"Hey, watch out for jellyfish, I do not want to have to pee on any of you guys," Gigi yells before taking her clothes off.
"Nicole, Conrad's texting you," she adds and Nicole leaves us to answer her boo.
I sigh, "This is so nice."
"Have to admit, I like your friends..," Taylor mumbles.
"I knew you would!" Belly tells her and we laugh.
"They all seem down about Julia and Jeremiah, even Gigi, who's veins just about exploded when she heard. By the way, what the actual heck, why didn't you tell me?" Taylor says offended.
