Three Days Later!

I have finally cut my phone back on and reemerged into the world.  I haven't heard from Luke yet, but I also haven't checked on any of my projects.  Which I plan to get done today.  A couple of them are finished so I will be checking on those first.  I didn't bother reading or listening to any of the voicemails Luke left me.  I know when he sees me all hell will break loose but that's a gamble, I am willing to take.  I checked on the projects that I needed to today and then headed over to our old mansion to meet up with Michael and Aaron and get the report.  I needed to know what had happened in my absence.  When I arrived, they were both in the yard playing football.

  " Hey sis good to see you in the light of day " Aaron said hugging me.  

" My beautiful bestie.  No more disappearing okay " Michael said hugging me as well. 

 " How's everything going.  I have gone to check on all the projects that are finished I am glad to see them in tip top shape.  We need to do a grand opening within the next few days " I said smiling.  

" Already on top of that.  Aaron has sent up a few dates for the grand openings.  You are required to be at all women " Michael said. 

 " Well excuse me for taking a break " I laughed as we went to go sit in the garden. 

" Seriously sis.  What's going on with you and Luke.  He's been calling and continuing to drop by Michael and I's place.  He's pissed " Aaron explained. 

 "Beyond pissed.  He said something about you calling off the wedding and then going underground.  What's going on " Michael asked.  I told them how it all began.  I didn't leave anything out.  When I was finished Aaron and Michael was shaking their heads just looking at me.  

" My sentiments exactly " I said.  

" Are you really calling off the wedding " Michael asked?  

" Yes.... No, I don't know man.  I'm confused.  I'm just tired of him disrespecting me " I said.  

" You guys need to talk preferably before he blows a gasket " Aaron said.  

" I have to go to his moms now to give her the paperwork my mom has for her for the engagement ball which is supposed to be in two days " I told them.  

" Let us know I already bought my tuxes so don't piss me off " Aaron said laughing. 

I shook my head.  I hugged them and then left for Miss. Vanessa's.  I needed to get this paperwork dropped off. When I arrived at Miss. Vanessa's I walked inside seeing her sitting on the couch with Izzy.  When Izzy saw me, she ran and hugged me tight.  

" I missed you so much " Izzy said.  I smiled hugging her back.  

" Well good to see you in the land of the living " Miss. Vanessa said.  

" I came to give you the paperwork from my mom for the ball " I said as we went to the kitchen table.  

" Is there going to be a ball " Miss. Vanessa asked?  

" I am just doing what my mom asked.  As far as the ball, I am not sure at the moment " I said looking at her.  

" Izzy go upstairs for me please " Miss. Vanessa said.  Izzy nodded running along.
