The Kingdom

I soon found out that they had modeled the Kingdom, called Beautiful Thieves, a small stone building conveniently in the forest for a base, decorated as a true castle. There were two thrones at the end of the one room, with one having black metal, and the other gold-colored metal, both with dark red velvet. Taking me by the hand, Davey led me to them, and I sat on the black throne before he said anything. I did say I would take over.

"Now, we establish rules. No fucking the queen. The King can fuck whoever he wants to get rid of sexual tension but that's it. We will need to expand our base, and create other camps. And add to the population because a staff of 1 is pitiful." I had sat back and started talking, naturally taking over since the others didn't seem to know what they were doing.

"Wouldn't you like something to eat or drink or something first..?" Jade risked.

"I have a house unlike you street rats. I have a place to get fed and sleep."

"You mean you aren't as poor as Jimmy said?" Davey clarified.

"I wish Jimmy would stop pity fishing for me. Yes, I have a place to stay. This is merely my job."

"Merely? Merely a queen living outside her kingdom?" Davey tried to sound amused but he was still mystified.

"Yes. Now if you won't listen to your queen, this place is done for."

"I, the King, still exist you know."

"I am aware, but you obviously have next to no idea on how to rule a Kingdom, and you haven't even established a population."

"Ever heard of censoring yourself?"

"A queen doesn't have to. We're done for today. Tomorrow I will come back and meanwhile you will decide whether or not you'll listen to your queen. Good day."

And I left.
