She held my hand and walked out of the bakery shop. I am enjoying this day already.
Grandma is very sweet. Maybe I felt a quick question with her I never got to know the feeling of having grand parents at home.
"See, please don't take it to your heart. I was not actually going to kick out from there. I just thought you would make some unpleasant remarks about her cookies."
Aashi said as she held her hands behind her back and stared at the ground, shying away.
"If I were to do something like that, you definitely should kick me out. But, I would never dare to mess with you."
I raised my hands up in the air and she gave me a small smile. She is so pretty. Now, don't give me that look through the screen, dear reader.
"So we're cool. Come with me now."
Just as before, she took my hand in hers again and started walking. I turned my gaze around to take a better look at my surroundings. In fact, this town appears to have been built from a fairytale book.
Our steps came to a halt when we reached another small shop that had seemed to be a center of attraction here. As we entered, I observed a large number of people engaged in shopping, with most of them being in pairs.
"This shop is famous for all sorts of accessories. Especially their friendship bracelets and necklaces. So,... "
Aashi left my hand and suddenly the warmth that emanated from her touch disappeared. She stood in front of me with a smile and was proud of any idea she had in her mind.
She directed me to look towards my right and I followed her gaze to observe a multitude of bracelets hanging in front of me.
"I want to give you a little something since this is our first time hanging out together. I don't know how you're going to like it, but I really want to do it."
Is she looking for matching friendship bracelets? I think that's cute. It doesn't hurt to carry the gift that somebody bought with so much love for you. Of course, I'm wearing this every day.
"Then why are you waiting?" Choose whichever one you like best."
Two bracelets were chosen by her and they appeared to be quite unique. We proceeded to pay for them and
I grabbed my wallet."Excuse me, Yash? I won't allow you to pay for it. I told you it's a gift from me, so let me pay."
Aashi said to me and I know it's a gift that is very special to me, but she's already doing a lot for me. She is giving me the time she could have spent relaxing at home.
"Aashi, it's not a big deal if I pay, right? I already got those delicious cookies because of you."
Despite our debate going on for at least another 5 minutes, I was happy that she wasn't angry with me so far. I'm worried somebody else might have given me a label.
