Chapter 19: Meltdown

It was another day at school as the day went by peacefully, although Desmond was thinking about his next move against Finn and needed to be prepared for the fight. School was finally over as Desmond and Evan were seen leaving the school while talking to each other.

Evan: So what's been going on between you and your "girlfriend" ?

Desmond: Me and Disha are not dating, Evan.

Evan: *Laughs* I know, I'm just messin' with ya.

Desmond: But to answer the question, Me and Disha are doing well. We did go out yesterday.

Evan: That's nice man, you should really tell her how you feel.

Desmond: I don't know, Maybe I should.

Evan: Look, just be confident and tell her how you feel. Everything will be okay.

Desmond nodded as both Evan and Desmond were walking while talking to each other, Instead of going home, they decided to take a nice walk around the area as they continued talking to each other.

Evan: So, I noticed that Balor hasn't been attending classes often.

Desmond: Because he is a coward, He attacked me in the bathroom yesterday.

Evan: *Shocked* Wait, really?

Desmond: Yeah, and he wants a fight with me for his championship. I remember you told me about the underground fight club in this school.

Evan: Oooh geez, well, it's a good thing you've been training hard for this.

Desmond: I'm not gonna go down without a fight.

Evan: But I'm just letting you know that Balor is a really tough guy. He doesn't go down easily.

Desmond: Just like his ego.

Evan: Ouch, but hey, you got me as your number one supporter.

Crowe looked at Evan and gave a small smile to him as Peters had a phone call and answered it as Desmond was looking at him.

Evan disconnected the call as there were five thugs walking through the street before they saw Desmond and Evan in their way as they pushed both of them as Evan almost fell down while Desmond looked in anger.

Desmond: Hey, what's your problem!?

The thugs just wanted to annoy both of them for fun since they were high school students as Desmond helped Evan to get on his feet

Evan: Come on, let's leave.

One of the thugs smoked a cigarette and blew the smoke on their faces as Desmond and Evan began coughing, but Crowe was getting even more angry as the thugs began laughing before Desmond had enough of it.

Desmond striked the first punch at a thug as the others were shocked and began yelling at the Desmond as Crowe grabbed one of the thug's by the arm and threw him to the car.

Evan was shocked but took the opportunity to make Desmond more popular at school as he began recording the fight on his phone as Desmond continued fighting the thugs.

A thug tried to kick Desmond, but Crowe moved out of the way and grabbed the thug and took him down.
