Prompt: I want to show you something

Character: L Lawlite

(Y/n) sighed as she rubbed her eyes for the 20th time.

She had been looking at the file for the Kira case for a while now.

(Y/n) had come to Japan at the request of her closest friend to help.

L had told her what they had done and that he needed a fresh mind on the case with him.

L sat next to her as she contemplated the possible suspects.

"So you said you are positive that it's this Light Yagami person?"

"That is correct."

"I want to meet him so I can be sure."

"I can arrange that."

(Y/n) smiled at him.

"Is there something on my face?"

"No L." She said. "I want to show you something."

(Y/n) got up and grabbed his hand.

"Okay."

She took him out of the conferance room and up to the room that he had for her.

"You can't get upset or angry with me."

"Alright."

She opened the door and two small children ran to her.

"Mommy!"

"Hello my little ones."

L saw himself in the children.

"L say hello to Mikey and Adin."

L waved and the kids waved back.

"How old are they?"

"They will be 6 in a few days."

L smiled at her.

"I'm sorry you didn't know. I didn't want to have you worry."

"I'm impressed you were able to hide them from me."

"I did that to protect them."

"I know (Y/n)." He said sitting on the floor with their kids. "I'm sorry I wasn't here to help."

The kids smiled and hugged L.

"Hi Papa."

"Hello boys."

(Y/n) smiled.
