Today is the day, after spending 3 days in the hospital they can finally come home.
Just as they were about to leave they hearded a knock on the door before someone came in.
"Hi Deluca-Bishops, how are you ?" Teddy asks.
"Hi Teddy it's been a while" Maya said hugging her tightly.
"Hi Teddy, how are you? Do you want to see the princess?" Carina asks giving her a hug after Maya.
"Yeah, and by the way, you're absolutely gorgeous" she said, letting Carina put the baby in her arms.
"You know I just had a baby, right?! I can't be beautiful" she said matter of factly.
"But you do and you still do" Maya said, hugging her wife's waist as she took a picture of Teddy and Emma.
"I have to agree on that, you're still beautiful, I'm almost jealous of you" she said, caressing Emma's cheek.
"Shit, I'm page to the pit, it was nice meeting you little girl but you'll have to go back to your moms, I have to go" she said before running out of the room.
"Well that was kinda funny, let's go home" Maya said grabbing Emma's car seat and the bags.
10 minutes later, they arrived at the apartment, Maya is carrying their little princess up the stairs, Carina just behind.
"Welcome home, chicken," Maya said excitedly before entering.
"Maya you could have wait for me" she said with a chuckle.
"Sorry, got too excited" she said almost jumping all around.
"How about we go to the station so everyone could meet Emma and you can burn all your energie ?" she said grabbing Maya's hand and pressing a soft kiss on it.
"Yeah let's do it ! Do you wanna walked there?"
"It would be good for me and you can try the stroller" she said grabbing her coat again.
They had left the apartment and were heading for the station.
"Hi Maya, what are you doing here?" Vic said greeting them since she was the one on desk duty today.
"We came up with a little surprise here," she said before Carina entered the building with Emma in her stroller.
"No way! And I'm the first to see her! Can I hold her?" she said, bouncing with excitement.
"What's up with everyone jumping all over the place today, yes you can" she said laughing a little.
"Wow Maya, she really looks like you and she's also bald which definitely means you're going to have a little blondie,a little Maya" she said holding the baby like she was going to break any moment.
"Maybe we should take her upstairs to see everyone" Maya said as she slowly picked up the baby.
"Yeah, that's a great idea, are you okay Maya, you don't look too comfortable?" Vic asks.
"Yes, i am, i'm gonna go upstairs, you coming?" she asks looking at Carina.
"Yeah, go ahead i will join you in a minute" she said before turning to talk with Vic.
"Is she okay?" Vic asks confuse.
"Yeah, she's adapting, slowly" she said laughing slightly.
"Is it good?"
"It's all ready just waiting for the signal, she's gonna freak out, i'll join you in 5 minutes" Vic responded.
"Okay see you" she said before going over the stairs.
