After breakfast Severus spent the remainder of time before the Quidditch match in the room of requirement alongside Remus, Avery, Mary, James, Sirius, and Lily. The rest of his friends had gone off to do their own things.

Barty had talked Lucius into going on a quick date with him to make up for missing out on meeting his parents, Narcissa had to attend a session with her study group, and Mulciber and Regulus were part of the slytherin quidditch team so they were attending a last minute practice session.

Even tho Severus wanted all his friends present he was rather content with some of them gone. Mainly Lucius and Narcissa, with them gone they won't bug him about letting them do his hair. Now Lily was like them but she was easy to distract especially by Regulus, so he didn't worry about her.

Severus was currently cuddling with Remus, who in turn was feeding him chocolate that he had received as a gift from his soulmate Petunia. It had shocked both Severus and Lily when it was revealed that Remus and Petunia were soulmates. They found out when Remus had visited them during the summer after 5th year along with Peter.

Remus had his soulmark on the back of his neck, it's creature was a hummingbird. Petunia's soulmark was below her left breast directly on her ribs, it's creature was (rather a shock to everyone) a otter. They had found out they were soulmates when they all went down to the hidden lake in the small forest near the park for a swim.

Petunia was sitting on the grass when she decided to stand up to go get in the water, after Lily whined for her to join. Remus had offered her a hand to help her up, she had accepted and once she took his hand her soulmark went from a dull grayish color to a lovely lilac color. Remus had frozen up on the spot and it was Lily who rushed over to look at his soulmark.

She squealed when she saw that his was now a bright pink color. The rest of the day was spent with Petunia and Remus being nervous around eachother. Severus and Peter had kept Lily from announcing that her sister and Remus were soulmates. They felt that was something Petunia and Remus should announce. The day ended with Remus asking her out on a date to which Petunia agreed.

They became an official couple when the summer ended and made plans to tell her parents during Christmas. Severus smiled at the memory as he munched on some chocolate. He noticed Lily and Sirius talking about how awful James's fashion sense was, and poor James was pouting the entire time.

Severus rolled his eyes at them and turned his attention to Remus who was having a different conversation with Avery, who was also holding a sad looking Mary. Severus knew why she looked sad, it was because Mulciber wasn't around. He grabbed a piece of chocolate from the box and offered it to her.

She beamed and took the offer with glee. Severus smiled as she ate the chocolate like a little kid. Severus listened in on the conversation Remus and Avery were having, they were talking about ancient runes. During the conversation Severus found himself feeding chocolate to Remus and Mary at random moments. He'd have fed some to Avery but he wasn't fond of chocolate.

Mary attempted to feed Avery some chocolate which resulted in Avery threatening to stop cuddling her whenever Mulciber was gone and she stopped rather quickly but not before muttering what a cruel brother he was being. They weren't related but Avery had found himself treating Mary as if she were his little sister and Mary, being an only child like Avery, had no problem with it.

The doors to the r.o.r were thrown open which caught everyone's attention. In came Barty, Lucius, and Narcissa with pure excitement. Severus knew why and he felt himself beginning to panic, if they were here then it was time to head to the quidditch pitch. It was almost time to speak to his potential soulmate.
