Epilogue

After that day Severus and Evan were bombarded with questions from their group of friends.

The pair began spending more time together and after a month, and seeking approval from Severus's parents, Evan began courting Severus.

After graduation Severus went about seeking his potions mastery. Evan went on to obtain a herbology mastery. The pair had bought a small home near the outskirts of Severus's hometown. Evan's parents had some objections to where they would be living. They had thought they would move into their manor or move into one of the many residential homes that they owned.

Evan didn't care where they lived so long as they were together and after much debate with his parents, they dropped the issue. Simply because Evan promised that they would have their wedding in Rosier Manor.

Severus hadn't any issues with that and neither did his parents.

The wedding wasn't anything grand, it was rather simple something Severus was thankful for. Their friends were all in attendance. Lily who was 5 months pregnant and his maid of honor, Petunia, Mary, Narcissa, and Sirius (who was very insistent on the matter) were his 'bridesmaids' and standing by Evan's side were Regulus - as his best man, Rabastan, Wilkes, Mulciber, and Bellatrix (who just like Sirius argued to be one of his groomsmen)

Everything that day went perfectly and the new married couple had refused to leave eachothers side even for a second. The only time they were apart was when Severus danced with his father and it took awhile to pry them apart seeing as neither wanted to let go. The same issue happened again when Evan danced with his mother. Many tears were shed during both dances.

About a month later he and Evan attended the wedding of Remus and Petunia. And a week later Mary and Mulciber had a small get together inorder to announce that Mary was pregnant. 3 months later Lily gave birth to a beautiful baby girl who her and Regulus named Estella Salvia Black.

James and Sirius, who married right after graduation, became official aurors a few days after Remus and Petunia got married. Lucius and Barty had also gotten married right after graduation. Lucius went on to work in the ministry some time after giving birth with the help of a potion made to help same sex couples have kids of their own and Barty stayed at their home taking care of their darling child, who was born 9 months after their wedding, he was happy being a stay at home dad.

Peter had found his soulmate when he had gone to visit Lily at the hospital to see her daughter. He had bumped into one of the nurses and while he crouched down to retrieve the clipboard she had dropped he noticed his soulmark, that was on his ankle, had turned yellow. He showed his mark to the nurse, who smiled excitedly, and after she went to the bathroom to check on her own mark and confirmed that it was now a light red, did Peter ask her out on a date to which she happily agreed.

A year after Severus and Evan received their masteries, they opened up their own Botanical shop that was also an Apothecary shop.

Days later Severus hands Evan a piece of paper. Evan was filled up with confusion and gave Severus a questioning look. Severus simply smiled and gestured for Evan to read what the paper said. Evan shrugged and did just that. His eyes widen in shock and he looks back at Severus with hopefulness in his eyes.

"Really?" He asked softly hoping this wasn't a joke.

Severus's smile widen and he nodded as tears began forming in his eyes "Yes" He breathed out.

Evan jumped out of his seat and engulfed Severus into a hug. Tears of joys were being shed by the both of them and neither made a move to let go of the other.

"I'm gonna be father" Evan whispered softly as he pulled away from the hug.

"Yes, yes you are"

Was all Severus said before Evan silenced him with a kiss, one that Severus happily returned.
