Malachi sighed as he, alongside his servant, Corvus, wait outside of the abandoned building, leaning against it as he watched the car, where Translucent was still struggling from inside the trunk.

"You motherfuckers! You're all dead, you hear me?!"

'Suck a dick, pervert.' Malachi thought internally at the invisible pervert.

The reason he wasn't inside with Billy and Hughie was because Butcher had said that the guy they were seeing didn't like supes.

Considering Billy himself didn't either, Malachi failed to see why that had mattered. That and he isn't in his supe costume anyway although, considering that it could be possible that news of him are on the media, he might have noticed him.

"My Lord, forgive me for doubting you..." Corvus apologize to him, "But how long do we have to endure of this whole debacle with the brute and the coward. Why we cannot give justice against these corrupt fools ourselves?" He said diligently.

'Well, I would but that wouldn't be fun.' Malachi thought to himself but he then said to Corvus with, "Patience, Corvus. While Billy isn't a rather forthcoming person and Hughie is too... well... scared..." He commented, not wanting to sound offensive, "We all had our uses. Some more than others and rushing things along will only lead to more problems in the long run. Understand?"

"I understand, my lord. Forgive this foolish servant doubting your servant." Corvus said as diligently and loyally as possible.

"Yeah, yeah..." Malachi said dismissively at Corvus being a kiss-ass.

Then he sensed something, noticing that it is one of his messages from his home.

"Sorry, got a call." Malachi said to Corvus as he nod in understanding.

"Message." Malachi chanted, resulting in him hearing the words of his second in command, Bradamante.

"Greetings, Lord Malachi. How goes your work with the mortals?" Bradamante said.

"Perfect, thank you." Malachi said to her before asking, "Is there a reason for you calling me?"

"Oh. Just wanted to show Hokma that I can call you and I did that. Hokma is disappointed that she won't be calling you because she isn't your creation but permission to give her something to call you?" Bradamante asked Malachi.

"Of course..." Malachi gives his request to her, "So, how's Hokma doing at home? Is there any problem?"

"Oh no. There is no problem at all. As your charge, Hokma had been given the best treatment possible, including the best sustenance, the best entertainment and even the best things we could possibly give to the mortal. Although, she does have a knack of crying a lot..." Bradamante then said in distress, "I... I don't know what to do. Did we do it wrong. And it doesn't help that she had just hugged me and then sleep in the bed. Please, forgive me for making her distress. But-"

"Okay, okay. I get it. It's nothing wrong, Bradamante. She is just overwhelmed that's all. I think what you did is great although I hope you don't spoil Hokma too much." Malachi warned her.

"Well, okay..." Bradamante said in assurance.

"So, are there anything else?" Malachi asked him.
