Chapter 4 Sleeping Beauty

The boys were waiting patiently while the girls were deciding on which fairytale they would torture them with first. The girls looked through their book to see what fairytale they could all agree on until they stumbled upon one...

A tale about a princess that is cursed by a wicked fairy
She's cursed to sleep for 100 years until her true love wakes her up

The girls start to snicker to themselves as they look at all the pictures of the fairy tale.

Blossom: This will be perfect

Buttercup: Yeah, let's go get everything ready

Bubbles: But who is going to play which character?

The girls just decided to ponder the idea and figure it out as they went too long. Closing the book they finally went to the boys that were sitting in the corner to let them know which story they were going to play first.. the girls went to their toy chest and they went to their closet to grab supplies and costumes.

Blossom pulled out three costumes. A costume for a king, a costume for a queen, and a costume for a princess.. she also grabbed her cuddle me Kelly doll to play the baby.

Bubbles went to the toy chest and picked out magical wands. She also got three sets of fairy wings as well as three play crowns that they would use at their birthday parties.. she also pulled out three dresses for her and her sisters, or for even the boys to wear

Buttercup went to her side and found a pair of devil horns. She also found her red cloak as well as her magician staff.. she also pulled out a red and black costume, as well as black bat wings.

When did the girls have all of their costumes and accessories ready? They went to go and get a crib for Blossom's baby doll to lay in because that was indeed part of the story during the christening.. finally, it was time for the girls to get dressed to surprise the boys with what they were going to be.

Brick: What do you think those girls are going to do to us this time?

Boomer: I don't know, but I did enjoy playing, pretend the Powerpuff Girls with them. It just felt so good not to be a bad guy for once and play pretend that we were the heroes to save the day...

Butch: yeah well I didn't like being in a dress. It was so humiliating, and I looked way too much like my counterpart.

The boys kept talking amongst themselves until the girls made their special entrances. Bubbles and Buttercup were dressed up like fairies. Wow, Blossom was dressed up like a queen.. she also dressed up her baby doll Kelly to look like the newborn baby princess in the story. Blossom wore one of her pink party dresses and had a golden tiara with pink jewels.. she also decided to take her hair clips and bow off to let down her hair. Her baby doll was dressed up in a frilly pink tutu with a silver play tiara.. the baby doll had a function where it could open and close its eyes, depending on if it was sitting up or lying down.

Bubbles wore a blue fairy costume. She wore a diamond tiara that was silver and platinum.. she also decided to take both of her pigtails down, and her blonde hair reached to her neck. You could say that her hair was almost the same length as Buttercup.. she wore a pink frilly tutu with glitter along the skirt as well as blue ballet flats. She had a set of blue fairy wings on her back to match her costume, and she was also holding a blue and silver wand...
