Revenge of the Spider Queen

It was New Year's, Mei and Mk had invited him to join them. Tang, Sandy, Pigsy, and Mei were all there. Everybody was there besides, Mk. Mo, the surprising blue cat, was purring at his feet. Jingshen was helping Pigsy and Mei prepare the food.

"I feel like this would be easier if I had fingers."

"Mei stop breaking the fourth wall." They both laughed before going back to work.

"Guys, is it just me, or does Pigsy seem more stressed than normal?" He then turned to look at them. "Isn't Mk meant to be working today?" Pigsy snapped his head around, a forced smile plastered on his face as he shook.

"YES TANG HE HIS!" Pigsy shouted. "WHERE IS THAT PUNK, cause he sure ain't here!" Jingshen backed away from the pig demon. Picking up Mo and petting him as he stood next to Mei.

"He's training with the Monkey King!" Mei smiled. "He said, new year new Mk! I'm going to take my training to a whole new level!" He clapped for the perfect Mk impression. Mo was somehow clinging to his shoulder.

"Wow!" Tang muttered.

"GIMMIE THAT!" Pigsy reached over the counter and snapped the broom in half. Mei, like her usual self, was standing on the counter. As Jingshen tuned out Pigsy's angry muttering he heard a squeal. Although it sounded more like a scream. He turned around to a glorious sight. Sandy standing before Pigsy with a pile of candy and flowers strewn across his body.

"Good cheer and happy new year! Look at all these delicious little goodies, I got enough to share!"

"Oooh~"

"Thanks Sandy!"

"Now uh, where's Mk?" The big blue sea demon asked, scratching his head.

"Would you guys please screw around somewheres else! I got a business to run!" Jingshen chuckled as Pigsy kicked them all out.

"Let's check out the parade!" Tang exclaimed.

"Yeah!" Sandy said as he picked them all up. Mo  wrapped himself around Jingshen's neck. Mei and Tang were sitting on Sandy's shoulders. Jingshen was sitting on Sandy's neck, legs draped down said neck.

"Aw man! Mk is missing out on these awesome floats!" Mei quipped. "Oh there's the dragon, oh there's the monkey!" She gasped.

"Yeah and there's the spider!" As the floats passed by everybody gazed at the spider.

"There's no year of the spider?" Jingshen noted.

"Spider, Ppfft there's no spider in the zodiac. It's probably just an eight legged rooster or uuhh." Tangs eyes widened as the spider float passed by.

"Anybody else recognize those colours?" He asked. Mei shivered.

"Reminds me of the Spider Queen." The back of the tarp that was once on the spiders abdomen sling shorted into the air, revealing the Spider Queen and others.

"Oh shit."

"Oh shit is correct, Jingshen!" Tang screamed.

"Oh would you look at that, everyone here to celebrate the year of the spider!" She smirked, her green eyes narrowing. "Let them know their Queen is back!"
The spiders started crawling everywhere latching onto everybody and somehow controlling them. Jingshen jumped off of Sandy, glaring as the spider float suddenly became a large spider machine. Screams filled his ears. Everyone was screaming, everyone was getting controlled. When he backed up, away from the on coming spider possessed people. He noticed that Sandy and the others weren't there.

"Guys?" He called out, looking everywhere. But every time he turned around another spider jumped at him. He swatted them away. If he didn't do something soon he would be overwhelmed and controlled. He watched as the mechanic spider slowly stalked away. Each move a robotic one. He growled, taking off his glamour. Jumping onto one of the eight legs he slowly climbed. He claws catching the metal. As he heaved himself up he was met with a black haired child. Her cold blue eyes on him.
