I jump awake and feel my head throb. I reach my hand up and place it on my head, squeezing my eyes tightly together.

The sound of a door quietly opening causes me to look towards where the noise comes from. My eyes meet with silver blue ones. A small smile flashes across their face. They walk in and close the door behind them walking over.

"Here," they say holding out a water bottle and Advil. "It'll help with the heachache." Hesitantly I reach out and take it from them. My eyes moving off of them as I place the two pulls into my mouth and drink the water. I swallow the pills and move my legs off of the bed. When the pills go down I pull the water from my lips and look at the person but see them glancing over towards the corner. My eyes follow seeing Darla-May asleep in a chair. My eyes go wide and I go to speak but the person cuts me off.

"She's okay," they say, in a whisper. "She passed out about an hour ago waiting for you to wake up."

"Waiting for me to wake up? I don't even remember falling asleep," I whisper, looking down at the ground. The person shoves their hands into their pockets and nods walking further towards me and sitting down on the edge of the bed, keeping a good amount of space between us. I pick up my head to get a better look at them. Not really able to see them from when they were standing and that's when I see who it is. The student teacher aide.

"You don't remember what happened?" They ask, turning their head. Her silver eyes meeting mine. My heart skips and I'm taken aback from their beautiful eyes. I've seen them plenty of times during English but I never really paid much attention before.

I bite my lip briefly.

"Hailee somebody, somebody drugged you. And some bastard tried pulling something funny," they informed me. Their voice still a whisper but could tell their anger as they spoke. I look away and to the ground. My mind running rapidly as images pop up in my head.

Hands appear on either side of me as the weight of a body on top of me causes me to shake my head.

"S-Stop. Pl-" Before I could finish my sentence a hand cups over my mouth. My eyes closed. My body felt weak. Too weak to fight back. The hand against my mouth, grips tightly as another hand pulls at my skirt, pulling it up.

"You lied to everybody. I know the truth about you. You never slept with Stoney," the voice spoke. I didn't know them. At least I don't think I did. "You're just a virgin, but don't worry Hailee. I'll fix that."

I shake my head and squeeze my eyes together tightly. "Did I- No. how did you-"

"I came to check on you after what happened in the game room. When I came up here I heard somebody talking but nobody replying so I barged in," they explained, knowing what I was asking without having to ask it. My head turns to them, my eyes opening. A softness spreads through their silver blue eyes. My hazel eyes flick back and forth as they nod. "I stopped him before he did what he was about to do."

I stay quiet, nodding slowly.

"I tried to wake you, but you weren't waking up so I picked you up and brought you here."

My eyes go wide. "Here? Where exactly is that?" I question.

"My house. Darla-May came with. She is your best friend and it felt weird just to take you."

"That would be kidnapping," I respond, lowly. A small snicker escapes her lips. "Technically was."

"I wasn't about to leave you alone in a room at that party knowing who all was there, Hailee."

"So you know everybody there?"

They nod. "For the most part. That guy won't bother you again by the way." I eye the student aide, realizing I don't have their name, curiously. My lips separate to speak but the sound of movement from the corner of the room causes me to turn my gaze away finding Darla-May awake and looking around till our eyes meet.
