Phone Calls 3

Shadows POV:

I added his number onto my phone and before I could put my phone back in my pocket G.U.N calls.

"(Sighs) hello?"

"Shadow, how's it going?"

"Well due to the lack of detail you gave me as usual it's great."

"Did you find him?"

I hesitated for a moment.

".... No, but I have a lead."

"Do we need to send in Rouge?"

"No! I mean, no.. I can handle it, I'm the best remember?"

"Yea yea, well don't be long ."

Before I could say anything they hung up.
I put my phone up and went to the hotel room.

I took my computer out and looked up Sonic. Not in a weird way I guess just to get a little information on him. I heard my phone ring. Again. It's Rouge.

"Yea what?"

"Goodness what a wonderful hello that was, I was wondering since I'm in town-"

"Your here?"

"Yea and no G.U.N didn't send me I heard about the big mall they have here "

"Hmh, well look I'm pretty busy right now."

"You can wait a second, anyways what are you doing tomorrow?"

"I going somewhere with someone why do you ask?

"Ooh who?"

"It's none of your business Rouge "

"Whatever, I was wondering if you wanted to go to the mall with me but since your on a mystery date tomorrow I'll take it as a no."

"It's not a date, we just met and started talking."

"Aww my quiet emo hedgehog is talking to people?"

"Emo? Really Rouge? And I talk to people-"

"Boy bye! When do you talk to other people? Who are your friends?" Rouge laughed.

"*Scoffs* well- oh shut up!" I growled.

" That's what I though...Ok hun, see you tomorrow!" Rouge said ending the call.

I don't know how I can stand her sometimes. And as she tells me, I'm her 'bestie'. Which we're not. She's just really extra for no reason, I'm surprised she's married. I don't know how her husband, Knuckles puts up with her. Which he was probably held at gunpoint when they got married. Or he's just slow, which he is.

Anyways, since I have my phone out I might as well call Sonic.

Wait what do I even say? 'Hey it's Shadow, just adding your number to my phone!' .

That's stupid....Nevermind I'll call him tomorrow. I'm going to get dinner.

I got up and went to this restaurant across the street. It's a nice restaurant at least.

I went inside and ordered my food. I sat by the window thinking. How am I going to kill Sonic? He seems nice but at the same time that's what they want you to think. I might just become his friend.... a trusted friend then get him that way.

My salad came and i started eating. Just for some reason something's different with Sonic. I don't know but I'm going to find out.

I walked back home took my shower and laid in bed. I eventually fell asleep.
