Shadows POV:
Sonic followed behind as I walked out to the hotel.

"So are you going to get a taxi or-" Sonic asked.

"No I'm getting a boat." I said sarcastically..

He rolled his eyes and shrugged. "Well- TAXI!!!" Sonic didn't yell he shrieked. I jumped and covered my ears. God damnit he's loud.

"Heh sorry." He laughed.

A taxi pulled up and I popped the trunk and put my luggage in it. Sonic hopped in and I got in after him.

"Where to?" The driver said turning around.

"Oh Sonic.. same place?" He said.

Guess Everyone does know Sonic.

"Yep I gotta get some things done then I gonna be moving!" Sonic said. He acted as if he was a kid on Christmas.

The driver nodded. "What about you Mister, same place or-"

"Oh This is Shadow! He's with me!" Sonic smiled.

I looked out at the window, then my phone I heard my phone go off.

It's Rouge. She texted me, usually I dont respond to her but I guess I will this time.

---'Hey why did you leave G.U.N? Did you get your ass fired? what did you do? Did you kill the wrong guy--

Guess I got fired, which I knew that was gonna happen. And I dont know how she finds out these kind of things, Rouge is just.... To much but I GUESS I can care for her a little. She's always looking out for me.

Sonic put his hand between us right in the open you could say. I assumed he wanted to hold hands so I put my hand by his. I didn't touch his hand because maybe he just put his hand there for a different reason.

I guess I was staring at our hands because he grabbed my hand.
"You could've just grabbed my hand. "

"Well I didn't know if you just had your hand there or-" I stopped talking and just looked away.

It just hit me, I don't have a job, i have Sonic moving in with me and he's also the Most Wanted for G.U.N now. What am I gonna do? Wait... Rouge.. I grabbed my phone and actually texted her.

-Rouge, call me when you get the chance - .

I sent the text and put my phone up.

We got to Sonic's work and I took my stuff out.

"See that car over there?" Sonic pointed at the red Corvette with a white line down the middle.

"That's my car just put your stuff in there and wait out here, I'll go tell my boss the news."

Sonic walked off. I put my stuff in his car and caught up with him.

"What are you doing?" Sonic laughed stopping at the door.

"I can't let you out of my sight, you know?"

Sonic rolled his eyes and put his hands on his hips. "Fine, bodyguard boyfriend it is."

My ears perked up by that comment. Boyfriend?... I started to say something but it was interrupted by Rouge calling.

"Hello?"

"Shadow, what's up?"

"Listen I- just come over to-you know where Sonic's work is at?"

"Yes?"

" Can you Come over? "

"Sure. Be there in a minute."

I put my phone away and walked in the door.

"Sonic, isn't today your day off?" The lady at the desk said

"Yeaaa and my last day I'm moving all the way to Europe!"

Why the hell is he excited about this, he's moving because he's Wanted for dead.

"Oh but you just became Manager why are you now deciding to leave?"

"I have a lot of family over there so ya know." Sonic shrugged.

Then he grabbed my hand. "Since you wanna be my bodyguard, we gotta go see my boss."

"Well I need to talk to Rouge. I'm staying right here so I can see who walks in and out. Just be quick." I told him.

"Oh ok then see ya in a bit." Sonic walked off and I waited in the middle of the lobby.

"Sir you can sit down if you want."

I turned to the lady. "I'm sorry?"

"Your friend is gonna be a while."

I nodded and turned back to the door. Rouge made her way in.

"Shadow? Is everything alright?"

I walked up to her. "We've got a problem, I got fired and-"

"Woah woah woah why?" Rouge tilted her head.

"(Sighs) my mission was to kill Sonic-"

"What?!" She yelled.

"Shut up! And stop interrupting me!" I yelled. I lowered my voice afterwards.

"Listen, I was supposed to kill him but after I found out what he did, he's innocent, and now they're after him, so he's moving with me. I fucking swear Rouge you can't tell a single soul, not even Knuckles." I whispered.

"Well you two need to leave like now, they're coming and if you don't get out of here it's not gonna end well." Rouge whispered back.

" I know, after this we're going to his apartment and packing his stuff as fast as possible." I said back.

"Oh my God, is there anything I can do, like (sighs) fuck, look I'll pack his stuff you two need to go now." Rouge said.

"But-"

"I got it Shadow."

And now I need to find Sonic.

Sonic's POV:

"What do you mean your moving?! You just get the best spot and all the sudden you're leaving?!" Mr.Haun yelled hitting the desk with his fist.

"I-im sorry really, but it's urgent, serious I don't know what to tell you but I need to leave. "

I stood tall and eyed him.

"You know what... fine, do what you want, but if you ever come back, just know you better find somewhere else to work."

"That's fine. I can manage." I said. I walked out to find Shadow at the door.

"We need to leave now. " He said grabbing my hand.

"What- now? I still have to pack." I said.

I'm not moving across the world without any of my good clothes.

"Rouge is going to handle it, we just need to get to the airport." He said.

We walked out the building and got in my car. But he took the keys from me and drove.

"Really Sonic?"

"What?"

"How do you have barley any gas in here?"

"My fault. I sworn it was full but hey, Look there's a gas station right there."

I looked a little sketchy but we're just getting gas. There was an alleyway on the side of it but it's just gas. Scratch that I'm getting a snack.

Shadow got out to do gas. "I'm gonna get a snack."

Shadow looked at me. "Just be quick."
