Sora sat on a tree branch eating some sort of fruit, not a care in the world. Tho that was until he was interrupted by his dingbat of a teammate. "Sora!" His teammate bellowed. Sora sat his fruit down "What now?" He scoffed, His teammate sent him a annoyed look "Why are we following the Nakamura girl? You kinda have an obsession" Sora let out a huff, "I wouldn't call it 'obsessed' just very interesting. She's smart and seems confident" His teammate sent him another look, "Sora, she's 12 your 16" Sora picked up his fruit, taking a bite out of it he smirked "I won't do anything till she's 15" his teammate looked disgusted "Your disgusting"

Somewhere else

Team 4 sat in a brook, Akari and Asami relaxing with their feet off while Kenji was drawing a map with a rather distinguished look on his face, it had been 6 days since they started this part of the exam and with no luck finding a earth scroll. Kenji stared at his map vigorously, determined to get his team a scroll. "So if we do that then that- no that won't work we'll just have to-" "Watcha doing" Akari asked peering over his shoulders. "Trying to find where the nearest group should be" Akari raised her arm, stretching letting out a large yawn "You should take a break! Even if for a minute!" She smiled. Kenji paused, turning his face to meet Akari's "Today is our last day out here, we need to get a scroll or we'll fail" he grumbled "I don't have time for a quick break" Akari let out a sigh "Suit yourself" Akari turned around and made her way back to the bubbling brook. Where Asami was resting her feet in the water, a smile on her face. Akari sat beside her.

Asami looked at her and shrugged "Kenji is a hard worker, he'll do anything to honor the 1st hokage" Asami let out a sigh "I know what it's like, I've lived with grandfather my whole life. My parents had a 'forbidden love story', my father was a shinobi son of the 3rd hokage where my mother was a shinobi from the sound village. They met and secret and had me, they planned to run away together but my father was sent on a mission and killed. My mother passed away shortly after, so I lived with grandfather" Akari looked at Asami wide eyed "Aw, Asami" Asami shrugged and nervously smiled, scratching the back of her head "I know how Kenji with his parents feels, not so much with Kanna. Her relationship is completely different" Akari raised an eyebrow "Kanna?" She asked curious about what Asami meant. "Hate to interrupt your girl chat" Kenji scoffed from behind "But we've got to move"

The team trailed through the forest, with Kenji as their guide. That was until Kenji held out his arm signaling them to stop. "What it it?" Akari whispered. Kenji smirked "Right there" he stated, "look" right before them was a large tree and a girl with red hair and glasses sat under the tree, clutching a earth scroll in her hands. She seemed to be unconscious.

"Bingo" Kenji smirked. "Are you kidding me?" Akari spat "You want us to steal the scroll from a sleeping person?" She crossed her arms "That doesn't seem very fair" Asami chirped. Kenji sent them each a look "I intend to pass this exam, by any means necessary" He started to walk towards the girl, kneeling down when he got there. He looked around for a minute then quickly swiped the scroll from her arms. Kenji then made his way back to Akari and Asami, Akari who looked extremely disappointed. Kenji noticed this and let out a huff "Let's just go already" Akari let out a scoff before she and Asami followed behind him , neither of them saying a word to each other until they reached the tower.

"What do we do now" Asami looked up "There's nothing to climb on" "Maybe Kenji can steal something to get us up there" Akari murmured. Kenji let out a sigh "We can focus our chakra to climb up" the two girls nodded, concentrating energy to their feet. They started to climb the tower with Asami hanging in the back feeling nervous. The team hadn't studied chakra control enough but somehow Akari managed to be wiz at it, being able to nearly put her sensei to shame.

When the reached the top Kenji took out the scrolls and rolled them on the ground. "They said not to open it until we got here" Asami shrugged "Well we're here now" Kenji nodded and opened the scrolls. In an instant a puff of smoke appeared and from it was their sensei, Umi. "Your here!" She cheered "You passed! Well almost" "Almost?" Kenji replied. "Sensei, what are you doing here?" Akari asked. "Well!" Umi started ignoring Kenji's question "I was assigned to take you to the 3rd part of the exams! But before I do I'll tell you the meaning of the scrolls! The heaven-" Kenji cut her off "Let's just get a move on" Umi scratch the back of her head "Alright!"

In an instant they were moved into a different place where everyone else was, Kanna who was dramatically telling a story about how she broke her arm to anyone and everyone with Shota and PeiPei side eyeing her and Choji eating chips like the baddie he was. Below the balcony they were was a pit of some sort all scratched up and beaten rough. "What is this place, sensei?" Umi smiled nervously "Just wait and see"
