The archer pt1

Kanna ran through a forest, her hair fell out of its tie as she rushed. She knelt to a pond as tears escaped from her eyes. "Shame" she mumbled as she splashed water on her arms "Why won't it come off!" She covered her eyes as she wept "I hate it! I hate my eyes, I hate how he looked at me, I hate myself for shaming father" suddenly she heard footsteps behind her, Kanna turned around as she wiped away more tears "Jasmine?"

Kanna rolled out of bed, literally. She has had trouble falling asleep since the incident which occurred 7 years earlier.

Kanna brushed her hair then got PeiPei up which earned her a few scratches. "You daft bird" she murmured. Suddenly a rock tapped her window.
She turned outside to see Shota standing there looking annoyed as usual. "Get your flat behind down here" he mumbled. Kanna groaned as she sprang out the window with PeiPei fluttering behind her.

"What on earth do you want?" Kanna asked with her arms crossed. Shota rolled his eyes "Lord hokage wants to see us" Kanna groaned "The old geezer? He belongs in a relic museum"

Shota shrugged his shoulders as he started off. Kanna filled behind him with a small sigh. "You know it's been awhile since my sister sent me a letter" Kanna muttered "Then again Jasmine has always been a bit odd" Shota looked at her perplexed "You really don't talk about her much" Kanna sighed as she looked at the ground "Jasmine is out playing songs her and plus we've never been close" Shota parted his lips and that was the end of the conversation as they walked to the hokage's office.

As they stood in front of the doors to the office, Kanna and Shota were completely nervous, they didn't even notice the team that sat on the bench beside them. "Do you think it's about our last mission" Shota asked breaking the silence. Kanna pulled on her hair "Listen that boy was cute and he was flirting with me, what was I supposed to do!" Kanna groaned rather loudly "Then again Neji is still my one and only" She examined. Shota rolled his eyes "Girls" he mumbled. Shota opened the door and they both stepped inside.

The third narrowed his eyes "took you long enough" Shota opened his mouth to speak "Well you see Kanna here had to do something" he said nudging her shoulder, Kanna gulped "Yeah I had to walk my fish- I mean my PeiPei"
"Quack" PeiPei chimed in. The Hokage chuckled "I have an assignment for the both of you" Kanna raised her eyebrows "An assignment?" The third nodded "An old associate of mine is in town, help her carry her bags will you?" "Of course!" Shota said stopping the words that were coming out of Kanna's mouth.

"So were bloody movers now?" Kanna yelled as they marched out of the hokages office. "Quiet down" urged Shota. Kanna grumbled something then turned out to the window to see a woman with short green hair, she had a bow in her grasp, she released the arrow, the arrow flew till it reached an apple falling from a tree. "Awesome" Kanna squealed, Shota looked out the window as well, "That's the lady we're helping move" Kanna looked at him excited "She is?!" Shota nodded "Lord 3rd showed me her picture" In an instant Kanna jumped out the window, leaving Shota to apologize to the group sitting by the window for her haste.

The archer turned around to see Kanna thud in bush, she smirked. Kanna dusted off her skirt with her finger tips, "Excuse me! Ms Arrow lady!" Kanna said walking up to her "Can you show me how to do that?" The archer raised a brow "Your just flat up asking me for lessons?" Kanna smiled "Yep!" Shota huffed from racing down the stairs, he caught his breath before speaking "I'm sorry for my idiot friend-" Kanna interrupted him "I'm not daft!"

The Archeress chuckled "It's alright, she reminds me of a friend i had awhile back" The archer strapped her bow to the back where her quiver full of arrows laid, Kanna watched in awe as she did this. "Are you here to help me move?" Shota nodded "Yes ma'am" She pointed to two large bags that looked as if they could topple a mountain. "Come along now!" The archer said leading the way. Shota followed grudgingly behind while Kanna seemed to have some pep in her step as she pulled right next to the archer.
