Kanna sipped her sandals on as she got ready to head out the door when she was interrupted, by her mother.

"Kanna, hurry up and become a chunin alright? It's not fair Ryuto and Kaito handle paying the bills you need to do your part and not be so useless" Rei chuckled

Kanna bit her lip, "Yes mother"

"That's a good girl, you know I love you right?"

"Yes mother"

Rei walked back into the living room feeling proud of herself before stopping, "And remember if you want that Neji kid to like you don't eat too much and make sure you talk to him in the shade, you don't want him seeing your face"

Kanna bit her lip again and brought her arms around her chest, "Yes mother, your right as always"

Rei smirked before slouching down on the couch.

Kanna left their apartment and started walking she started thinking of ways to impress her mother,

As Kanna started to take the long way to the hokages office she heard a voice call her name.

It was Kaito, her older brother by one year. She deadpanned, big brother going to interrupt us! I'll never get Neji to like me with him around!

Kanna turned around with a fake smile, "Big brother I didn't hear you!"

Kaito looked at her with a sarcastic look, "I know your going to go see Neji" Kanna's eyes widened, she wanted to say something but nothing came out of her mouth except stammers. "It's okay, I won't stop you, go ahead"

Kanna's eyes widened as a smile appeared on her face, "Thank you big brother!" Kanna zoomed off in the direction of the Hyuga clan complex with a smile on her face. Kaito sighed as he looked her run off "She had to like Neji....she couldn't choose anyone else?"

Somewhere else

Sasuke and Akari walked together on the bustling streets of konoha. They both had their first mission and decided to walk together since Sasuke well decided to send Akari off on her mission.

"So, are we gonna talk about it?" Akari asked.

"What now?"

"You and Naruto...."

Sasuke paused for a minute and looked back at her.

"Hey, I just want to know! How were Naruto's lips?"
