"Do you like Byeol?"
Seungcheol threw him a disgusted look, slapping the back of his head. "T-that's like liking a- a sister! Hell nah!"
"Okay..." Jeonghan looked down, aw...
It's been 3 weeks since the announcement of the school play, and it spread like wildfire amongst the whole university. Their last play from their previous year was a huge success, former 4th years (who had already graduated) playing the lead roles. It was safe to say that this year's project was gonna be just as big. Well, it had to be. Casting directors from famous agencies had been invited in order to provide acting opportunities for the students acting.
The students who were apart of the play were now entering the theater for a round of rehearsals, waiting for the last actor to make his entrance so they could start, until Mr. Jang frantically burst through the heavy doors and stationed himself in front of the students, holding a few pieces of paper.
"That's Junhui's papers!" "Did bro get kicked out or something?" "What happened?" "What's that?"
The professor clenched his jaw, before forcing a smile at his students. "Can all the boys that don't have a role and didn't help write the story line up in front of me?"
No one got to process the strange instructions quickly enough, which got their professor to raise his voice. "Those without an acting role and did not participate in writing the plot! Please make a line from one side of the stage to the other."
A third of the students infront of him scrambled to their feet, following Mr. Jang's orders. He squinted through his glasses, scanning every guy from head to toe, left to right, until after two minutes, he stopped right in the middle. He sighed in relief at the boy.
"Yoon Jeonghan. You'll be replacing Wen Junhui and will be playing Lee Hyunmin as he is currently at the hospital recovering from an injury."
Everyone collectively let out a loud gasp, the sound echoing beyond the second floor of the audience seats. Jeonghan froze, his lips parting by an inch. Their heads darted around to face each other, asking the nearest person if one of them had a more in-depth explanation as to what had happened to their former lead actor, the current one right now being handed Junhui's papers.
