"Don't even think about looking at it."

It was one of those lunch breaks again, and Byeol really wished she could just lock Seungcheol in one of the classrooms by himself. After spending almost two hours on completing council duties during free periods, the duo finally were able to have lunch once they heard the bell ringing, and Byeol's mind was taken off of the responsibilities of a vice president as her thoughts wandered off to lunch. They stood in front of the ice cream stall, Seungcheol carefully getting his ice cream cone from the server. He turned around, face nearing the soft serve, when he noticed Byeol intensely eyeing his food.

Byeol narrowed her eyes after hearing what he said, but knowing it was for her own benefit, she grabbed onto Seungcheol's forearm for support as the duo walked to their table together. The two sat down, with Seungcheol helping his friend.

"It's been a month already-" "They said at least two months. It hasn't even be a month yet."

Seungcheol was, no doubt, way more responsible than Byeol, and that says a lot considering the latter was already disliked by a few because of how much of a goody-two-shoes she is. She was starting to sense some double standards here, knowing he had quite the amount of fangirls.

"At this point you're acting like my older brother."

He shrugged, looking at his food. "I'm used to that. All my friends are younger than me, except you."

Byeol sighed, shoulders shrinking inwards at the sight of her chicken salad. Sure, she was happy about finally getting to eat some type of protein, but she wanted more food, even though they were of the unhealthy category. She had lost a bit of weight and hasn't been able to go to the gym for the past three weeks, which meant her muscles had decreased, causing her to look lanky.

"I'll go to the bathrooom." Seungcheol announced and looked up at her, noticing the negative expression on her face as she ate her salad, but chose to ignore it knowing she would always do that ever since the start of the 'diet'. Byeol eyed her bestfriend as he stood up from the opposite bench after she nodded at him.
