The song is Heaven by Kane Brown.... also the pic of Ty's bedroom up top!
West's POV:
I was ready to punch the fucker in the face, even took a step to do just that when Grace stepped into my path bringing me up short. I glared at her but her tone of voice caught my attention. It was cool and collected. I'd heard that tone the day we'd had that unfortunate fight. Drake kept his eyes on me his dark, nearly black eyes inspecting me for a long moment before a twitch of the corner of his mouth betrayed his amusement though it didn't reach his eyes. There was something unsettling about Drake Donovan and I couldn't put my finger on what it is. I narrow my eyes on the man and step closer to Grace and give the man a half feral smile making it clear what would happen if he pushed his luck. While he may be an ally to the MC it wouldn't stop me from knocking out a few teeth. Now I understand why Bullet was the way he was when it came to Adria. I owed the brother a beer and an apology for my part in giving him shit over his reactions to Drake Donovan. Eventually he broke eye contact with the slightest of nods in my direction. Message having been delivered I relaxed slightly and waited to see how Grace would respond to the other man.
He turned his attention to my girl his smile growing the slightest bit as he answered her. I merely stopped to say that you two are quite the dancers." He turned his attention back to me his tone cooling as he addressed me. "And I'd also hoped to have a word with you in private." I lift a brow at these words and cross my arms over my chest making it clear that I wasn't going anywhere. I heard him sigh and he muttered something under his breath that I didn't catch but I felt Grace stiffen her hands curling into fists as she takes a step closer to him. "You have zero right to call him anything, Mr. Donovan. I don't care what he's done to be called that." I scowl and gaze from Grace who's posture had gone completely rigid and unyielding to Donovan who looked like he'd been struck upside the head with her walking cane. Then, unbelievably, he started laughing! I growl and go to move around her but she stops me when her hand moves slightly to press against my leg. "I fail to see how any of this is funny."
Her indignation only made him laugh harder. I was about done with this joker's cackling when he abruptly stopped and said something that absolutely floored me. "My, my she is certainly a tenacious one isn't she? You two are absolutely perfect for one another." The mirth that had been in his voice suddenly died at the end and had gone chillingly serious his dark brown eyes darkening further until they were nearly black. "Unfortunately, Miss Devereaux it is rather urgent that I speak with your man here as it pertains to a.... mutual contact." My blood went completely cold at his words, chilling me to the very marrow despite the Texas heat. While I loved that Grace was willing to go to bat for me and stand up for me, I'd rather not have her around to hear whatever it was that Drake had to say. Heaving a sigh I nod at the man before putting a hand on her shoulder. "Sweetheart why don't you find Adria and see about cleaning some of that drink off of you? I can smell the alcohol on you." Though my words were meant as a suggestion my tone brooked no argument. I knew she wasn't going to be happy about it but she had to understand that there were certain things that I didn't want her privy to for her own safety and well being.
