Hello beautiful people! :D
Well, it's with great sadness, but also great joy, that I say that the time has come to say goodbye to this story and the BennyFrid in this universe :) T_T
I hope the journey was as beautiful and intense for you to read as it was for me to write.
I've loved them in this universe :D
For now, I say goodbye to "Dancing Queen". Thank you all for following it :D
PS: How careless I am xD Let's end with a bang, what do you say? ;P

Frida ran her thumb over her lower lip a couple of times, sitting in her chair on the far right of the theatre, because that's where you could see the defects of the stage best. She had arrived about 3 hours before the start of the final recital and now that the clock was getting closer to X time, the nervousness and anticipation was almost as strong as when she had to go on stage to enthrall hundreds of spectators.

"Everything okay, Frida?".

She pursed her lips and raised a hand, giving the okay sign so that Calvin from the lights panel and sound station could see her.

"Perfect".

Frida sighed and lowered her feet from the armchair in front of her, slapping her hands on her thighs wrapped in her inseparable black leggings, before getting up and heading backstage. She critically supervised the dressing rooms, making sure there was enough room for everyone and that there were no impediments of any kind along the way.

"Frida!".

She turned her head and rose from her crouch position on the chest full of tutus, counting them one by one, and smiled broadly when she saw Heléne come running towards her, rucksack already half slipped off her shoulders as always and blond hair fluttering behind her.

"Hey, beautiful! How are you?" Frida greeted her, hugging her when she launched towards her legs.

"Good!" Heléne replied, looking at her with her new smile lacking one of the very last late baby teeth.

Frida jerked her head up when she heard a commotion nearby and saw Benny rushing in with a bag on his shoulder and one in his hand, out of breath.

"Benny, I told you we already have everything here. What else did you bring?" she rolled her eyes, amused at his nervousness. They had been reviewing everything that'd be needed that day for a couple of days to make the show perfect and flawless. He had even produced an endless list containing everything one could think of for a children's dance recital, even everything unthinkable.

"Listen, we haven't thought about the headbands and makeup" Benny replied almost without looking at her, searching for the best place to place his treasures.

"We've a lot of them" Frida retorted, smoothing Heléne's hair almost absently.

"There are never too many" he replied, taking possession of a long table nearby and unloading the two bags on top of it.

Frida laughed, she had never seen him so tense "Where did you find all these things? I'm sure they weren't at home until this morning" she told him, approaching and slipping an arm around the little girl's shoulders "Did you rob a mall?".

"You're too funny for my taste, today" Benny replied annoyed, turning away from her.

"Today you can't say anything to him, Frida" Heléne intervened, puffing.

Benny snorted "Yeah, what's better than one against one? Let me think?" he tapped his chin "Of course! Two against one!" he turned to them holding a brush and some headbands "Do you want to give me a hand or do you prefer to make fun of me a little more?".
