"So, you're saying you want to live there?" I asked to confirm what he said.

"Yes." He answered. "If I will be given a chance, of course. Who am I to say no?"

I smiled. "Hope you'll be chosen then," shrugs.

"It may be jinx because of you." He pouted and slightly rolled his eyes.

"What's with the attitude? So, you'll blame me if that won't happen?" I asked offended.

"Definitely," he responds. That made me hit his biceps. "Hey, I'm driving." He warned.

"You're annoying, you know?" I said annoyed looking at him.

"And so?" he teased more.

"Huh. Each month passed you've been so openly teasing me each day, Landon."

"It's been months, huh?" he asked in disbelief.

"Yeah. And it's been months since you kept on pestering me each day. Aren't you busy?"

"Won't be busy for you, love." He winked and smirked.

"Stop!" I exclaimed. "One more time, Landon. I'm telling you we'll die together." I said with warning.

He pouted. "Oh, my baby's pissed, huh?" he teased more.

"Landon," I say darkly. "I am not a baby."

"You've been calling my name more often now, love." He hissed slightly pouting.

"And so?" I looked at him fiercely.

"Call me love," he murmured and glanced at me.

"Don't want," I simply said and looked outside the window. "Where are we going?" I have been asking him for hundred times already but no answer has been displayed.

"I won't tell." He sounded like a kid.

I just shook my head and closed my eyes to let myself sleep. Until I fell asleep. I just woke up when he tapped my cheeks.

"Hmm?" I hummed to ask.

"We're here, love. Sorry, I had to wake you up." He smiled apologetically.

"It's fine." I smiled at him and looked around. "A beach?"

He smiled and nodded excitedly. "I told you I'll bring you to the beach sometime."

"Well, I thought you were joking." I honestly said.

"I'm true to my words, love. Hope you know that."

"Whatever you say, then." I shrug. "Thank you, love."

"Finally, you called me love again. The beach is a really good idea." He proudly said.

He got out of the car and opened the door for me. Someone helped us to get our things and get them inside the house.

"Love?" I called him.

He then looked at me. "You need something?"

"You don't need to rent the whole house. This looks expensive as fuck. This is private property. There are no houses close to this one."

He chuckles. "Rent? No, love. This is our family beach house."

My jaw dropped. "The fuck?" the only thing I said. "You said earlier that you wanted to live here, so I assumed that you are only seeking someplace to build your house. And I was completely shocked when you said you owned this property. Now I know why this seems so private." I explained.

"This is not mine. It's my parents," he shrugs.

"Still. Anyway, I got you when you said you want to live here. It's fucking peaceful here." I unbelievably said while looking around.
