"What was that?" Link asked. I sat up quickly and pushed him off me. I stood and then helped him stand.
"Nothing." I snapped. There was no anger behind my remark though, only embarrassment. I was blushing bright red. I was also hard so I pulled my tunic down slightly and turned away. "It was nothing." I said it calmer that time. I turned back around to face him only to find him mere inches away from my face. I took a step back and hit my head on a tree. I winced slightly and he caressed my cheek.

Dark smiled and grabbed their clothes. Once he secured them in his arm he picked Link up off the ground. Dark carried Link all the way to the lake and then set him in the oddly warm waters. Dark then hung their clothes on a nearby branch to act as a little curtain just in the small chance someone stumbled upon them Link could hide behind their clothes. Dark helped Link clean off and then dried him off with his undershirt.
"What are you gonna wear?" Link asked.
"I'll just wait for it to dry. It won't be too uncomfortable since it's warm. It's not that wet either. I'll be fine." Dark replied. He helped Link get dressed and then dressed himself. "Cover your ears." Dark said. Link did as told. Dark whistles but it was so loud and high pitched that it hurt his own ears. He got what he wanted though. A horse that Dark named Shadow galloped over to them. Dark smiled despite the ringing in his ears and helped Link onto the horse and hopped on himself.
Dark was behind Link on the horse and gave him full control since he was the one who knew where to go. Link gently spurred Shadow through the forest, letting him take them to the exit.
