"This is insane, this ... This shouldn't exist" Dr. Giovanni Serizawa said as he set a jar down, and set a sheet on top, to block the contents.
"Sir, you called me?" A scientist said as he entered the tent that Dr. Giovanni Serizawa was in.
"Yes, thank you for coming Dr. Gutierrez" Dr. Giovanni Serizawa said "I need you to help me study a strange specimen."
"What is the specimen?" Dr. Gutierrez asked, and then Dr.Giovanni Serizawa revealed the contents of the jar, A small purple and black Dragonfly.
"I need help studying a Meganula, an extinct species of Dragonfly" Dr. Giovanni Serizawa said as he pointed to the Meganula "This is the only living specimen I have found, but I theorize that the irregular levels of radiation from the bomb test caused the species to make a come back."
"That's that's supposed to be impossible! Merely something from out of wack science fiction films!" Dr. Gutierrez shouted as he began looking through his phone fore the data he had on evolution "A species shouldn't be able to come back from extinction"
"Well, the Meganula did, and if the Meganula did, so can any other species. Dinosaurs could come back, but there's one problem these conditions of perfect radiation levels, but too much water, and too little food for an entire colony, then how come this Meganula is practically unchanged from it's original appearance just over 259 million years ago"
"True, but think of this, if the Meganula changed, then so could anything else that might come back, for example Dinosaurs could become larger than they already are" Dr. Gutierrez said before looking at some data on his phone, and I've already found three spots with similar levels of radiation. There's a mountain, A valley, and ... An island. Actually, the entire globe is full of locations, some have more radiation than others, and are more habitable too."
"Dr. Giovanni then exited the tent followed by Dr. Gutierrez, and they looked around, when suddenly they heard a clicking sound, and then the shatter of a glass jar, suddenly the Meganula flew right out of the tent, through a hole it bit through the tent. Suddenly the Meganula flew around right into Dr. Gutierrez face and clicked it's mandibles. Suddenly more Meganula flew into the camp, and then the Meganula began to fly around the camp, crashing into the glass jars, and other equipment causing it to fall over, and break. Then a group of Meganula flew up to a scientist and stung him, causing the guy to fall over, then suddenly Dr. Serizawa rushed and caught one in a jar as the rest clicked their mandibles angrily before flying away to the center of the Bikini Atoll.
Suddenly the Meganula flew right down into the center of the Bikini Atoll, and flew right down to the deep pitch black waters, where they flew into an underwater cavern, that housed the conditions of the late Triassic period. The cavern had a large air pocket with a thick jungle canopy, and Meganula flew all over the place.
The group of Meganula from the surface then flew up to a small cavern with large vines hanging from the ceiling, and the tips glowed an every hue, and the Meganula flew down to the center, and right there was a massive Meganula, with large bony appendages which in between the two were wings, and the Meganula looked at the swarm, which came up to it and began to sting the large one, and transferring a yellow energy, which made the large Meganula screech, the screech echoed throughout the large cavern, and then the large Meganula used it's large hooked limbs to get up and then it brought out it's large purple and green claws.
