A low, menacing growl reverberated through the air, originating from the shrouded corners of the dimly lit chamber. My eyes snapped open, and I found myself surrounded by an inky darkness that seemed to pulse with a sinister energy. Confusion gripped me as I tried to comprehend my surroundings, the growl's source echoing within the chamber like a distant storm.

"What... are you doing here?" The voice that rumbled through the shadows carried an air of authority, a chilling command that made my heart quicken. Startled, I whirled around, my gaze fixing upon two piercing red eyes that glowed in the obscurity, pupils slitted like those of a predator.

I swallowed hard, the dryness in my throat making it difficult to speak. "I-I don't know. I was fighting... and then everything became dark, and I woke up here." My voice trembled as I stumbled over the words. Fear coursed through me as I peered into those crimson eyes that seemed to bore into the depths of my soul. "W-who are you?"

The owner of the haunting eyes emitted a low, rumbling chuckle, the sound reverberating through the air and sending a shiver down my spine. My instincts kicked in, and my claws coiled in readiness, my body poised to defend itself. "What are you laughing at?" I hissed, my nerves on edge.

With an almost eerie grace, the creature stepped out of the shadows, its movements fluid and deliberate. As the darkness yielded, a majestic sight emerged—a dinosaur, its scales gleaming white like moonlight on water. Rows of hard quills adorned its head and trailed down its neck and back, reminiscent of a crown of thorns. My breath caught in my throat; the creature looked... oddly familiar, like a distorted reflection of myself.

"Who... who are you?" My voice quivered as I struggled to make sense of the creature before me.

The beast's lips curled into a smirk, its red eyes glinting with a mixture of amusement and something deeper. "I am Indy. In fact, I am your ancestor," the creature declared, its voice carrying a weight of history and power.

I blinked, disbelief and realization warring within me. Indy—the infamous Indominus that had torn apart Jurassic World? How could this be possible? "How?" I managed to utter, my voice barely more than a whisper.

Indy circled me, her movements deliberate and mesmerizing. "So, you are the raptor they made to fill my shoes. Didn't think they'd make you so... small," she murmured, her words laced with a mixture of curiosity and amusement. She leaned in, her breath washing over me as she sniffed, and I couldn't help but recoil.

"Do-don't touch me!" I stammered, my apprehension and unease growing.

"Ah, not so skittish, are you?" Indy's chuckle filled the air, a sound that held both camaraderie and underlying danger. She lifted her head, her gaze fixed on me. "You, the one torn between slaying humankind and saving them. How the mighty have fallen. Now, you mentioned fighting. What were you fighting?"

My tail lashed, quills rattling with agitation. "You don't need to know. It's over anyway," I retorted, my words a mixture of defensiveness and resignation.

Indy tilted her head, her quills casting elongated shadows on the chamber walls. "Oh, I don't think so, Indoraptor. We hybrids are more tolerable than those lumbering land-dwellers. Before long, you'll reign supreme, if you so desire." She drew closer, her presence almost intoxicating in its potency. "Perhaps you can do me one favor, and you'll find yourself back in the waking world."

I met her intense gaze, my own uncertainty mirrored in her fiery eyes. "And what, pray tell, is this favor?" I inquired, my voice a mixture of caution and intrigue.

Her smirk deepened, a cunning glint in her eyes. "Kill Wu."
