im learning new things.
im learning to pick up calls. im learning how to dial first. im learning to ask the right questions
and learning how to answer them. when you see someone you haven't seen in 8 years you ask after their family. if it's someone you haven't seen in months, ask about their jobs. otherwise, ask if they've seen the latest films. this is how you do it. neatly follow an if-else. im learning to do it without hating it. im learning the right order. the right tone for each question. i watch the masters at work and i watch in awe. im learning the best i can in these brief moments of conversations. i try not to be the girl at the salon desperately trying to glue her hair back. atleast i try not to look desperate.
