Hae-Yeon
I had a bad night’s sleep, and my eyes feel heavy as I walk into the studio. Mi-Seul said she’d be a little late today, and she made sure to tell me that after I reached the studio. So I have just decided to stay here and catch a nap before she arrives. But just as I prepare to lay my head down on the couch, I hear a knock on the front door which I locked just moments ago. Groaning, I drag my feet to the front door, and when I throw it open, my eyeballs almost fall out of their sockets seeing Jungkook there.
“Jungkook, hi!” I exclaim, reaching out to take his hand in mine.
“Hi, Hae. Did I surprise you?” He asks me while stepping inside, and I usher him to the couch.
“You sure did. I thought you were busy today,” I smile as I stand facing him.
“I was just kidding. I do not have any appointments today. Are you alone here?” Jungkook asks me, leaning back on the couch and spreading his legs wide, and I hum in confirmation.
The space looks just enough for me, almost as if inviting me to jump onto his lap. I would gladly do that, but would it be hypocritical to say that I’m a little shy to do it?
While I stand there staring at him, contemplating moving closer to him, he speaks as if he picked up my brain waves.
“Hae-Yeon, come closer, please,” Jungkook pleads in a soft but arrestingly seducing voice, extending a hand while resting the elbow of his other hand on top of the backrest of his seat.
Without a word, I inch closer to him and take his hand in mine. It feels as if he has gravity which pulls me to him without my control. The handsome man in front of me smiles softly, gently tugging my hand and reducing the space between us.
“I want to hold you,” he says, lifting his back off the couch and bringing the side of his head to lean on my stomach, his hands wrapping around my hips as he nestles his face against my body that goes rigid in a flash.
“You’re so warm, I want to stay this way,” his voice sounds nothing but a mashup of cuddly words in a deeper tone, and it brings a smile to my face, making my shoulders loosen up.
I reciprocate his gesture by circling his neck with my hands and holding him close to me.
“Jungkook, I like this. I want to hold you close too,” I ruffle his hair lightly, my words making him hum in response, and he sounds as though he’s ready to fall asleep.
But then he pulls away after a few seconds and leans back on the couch once again; his arms sliding away from my body.
“Sit on me,” he demands, and my eyes widen upon hearing his words; I swallow thickly to moisten my suddenly parched throat.
Sensing that I’ve been silent and motionless for a few seconds, he furrows his eyebrows a little.
“I can hold you closer that way,” there is absolutely no innocence in the way he says that, and my legs start trembling a little.
