Hae-Yeon
Even though sea blue is my favorite color, I haven’t tried wearing anything in this color. To be precise, I hadn’t ever imagined that I would be wearing a sea-blue-colored gown to my older brother’s wedding. As I stand facing the long mirror in front of me, I slightly move aside the thigh-high slit on one side of the skirt of the dress and press my lips into a tight line upon exposing my thigh and leg.“Gosh! This is too revealing,” I mutter under my breath and pull the slit closed.
The top part of the dress is the corset kind that has laces at the back, and the neckline of the dress is broad and deep, revealing more skin and cleavage than what I’ve ever revealed in public.
Jungkook hand-picked this dress for me since he said he loved the texture of the soft lace fabric, and the dress also happened to be in my favorite color. He talked me into wearing it for the wedding today, and I agreed a little hesitantly. We’re attending the wedding together, and these past few days, he has been worrying about what to wear to look good by my side.
I mean, now that’s too much hypocrisy because I should be the one worrying about that when I’m beside him, but he wouldn’t ever accept that.
Finally, we decided upon a light grey suit for him with a white undershirt and a sea-blue pocket square that perfectly matches my gown. Although I’m only half-convinced to wear this dress to the wedding, the fact that he would be beside me makes me feel more at ease.
“Have you tied your hair up?” Jungkook asks me as he slips on his shirt and starts to button it up.
“Yeah. It looks better this way.” I answer him as I pick up his jacket and help him into it.
“I like it either way, but I think I might have a hard time if you leave your hair untied,” he says, taking a step closer to me and holding me by my waist. “So leave it open and stop me from slipping my hand through your hair and pulling you in for a kiss,” he whispers, brushing the back of his hand up my arm and making my body shudder.
“Is that a challenge, Jungkook?” I whisper back, keeping my eyes glued to his face.
“Why not?” He smirks naughtily, and the corners of my lips lift in a lopsided grin as I pull out the hair tie and toss it aside.
“Challenge accepted, my love. Is there a reward for the winner?” I ask him, linking my arms around his neck.
“The winner gets a full-body warm oil massage from the loser.” He smirks, pushing his tongue against the inside of his cheek.
“What?” I laugh, slapping his chest a few times. “I’m not sure if I want to win or lose this now. Either way, it sounds tempting.”
“That’s the point.” Jungkook gives me a quick peck on my lips and leans back to fix his jacket. “Are we ready to leave now?” He raises a brow at me, extending a hand to hold mine.
