09h34 - Main Mansion
The late afternoon greyish weather embraced the waving thick trees on the furthest limit of the forest nearing the mansion. Due to the lack of lightening from the late November fresh air, the house appeared sadder and older than usual, with its poor color painting the beige like walls and making the climbing plants painted in such a deadly color it was almost an abandoned looking sight.
Fortunately, the whole building was enlightened with its usual yellowish lights even though it wasn't past 4 in the afternoon, making it perfectly clear for me to peak inside as I sat comfortably inside the closest security cabin to the garden.
Once again, Jackson had been summoned to one of the rookies cabin, and I was all alone, silently staring through the huge square shaped window of Y/N's office, with both my ears interested in the conversation happening right ahead of me.
There was a man, probably around his 40's, dressed in dark subtle clothes, grey hair peaking on the sides of his head. At first, when he'd stepped inside her office, I'd been curious with his mysterious posture and the way his shoulders squared tight at her sight, but all had completely vanished when I'd realised the flicker of terror when he pronounced the words, stumbling over himself as he revealed the latest news upon Y/N's matters.
He must have been her personal spy.
'What do you mean 10 women? Are you sure about what you're telling me?' I heard her ask through my headphones, the sound of her voice perfectly clear through the latest model microphone still hidden in between the books on the shelves of her office 'If any of this turns to be a lie, I won't be easy on you. Do you hear me?'
The poor man seemed so terrified I could see how his skin had turned blue 'Y-yes Miss. I understand. I am sure. Multiple of my spies have been following Mr. Kim. Some of them also went for some of the other government allies he usually spends time with and who you also asked to follow'
A deep sigh escaped her lips, as she bent slightly on her desk, hands touching the old wood as she tried to calm herself.
'And they were all inside his hotel room last night?'
'Yes Miss. They gathered around 8pm and only left past 3pm the next day. Today, I mean'
Another sigh escaped her lips 'Did someone presence all of this? Were there any more gang members or Leaders? Someone who might spread word?'
'As you know, Mr. Kim's gathering are rather famous among the most prestigious Leaders and Government members. I'm not sure there was anyone else in the hotel, but I'm sure it's highly possible'
Even though she was far and I couldn't quite see her clearly, I could still sense the stiffening of her shoulders and the tight grip of her knuckles on the desk.
'Where are they now?'
'It was scheduled to be another gathering at the hotel, but it was moved out to a rented place in Jeju. Most likely because Mr. Kim knows you're following his steps, the mansion is quite isolated and out of sight, far more quiet to the outside eye'
I saw her nod, the calmness on her posture so deadly the man flinched when she stood straight again.
'Keep me updated on that'
'Of course Miss' he bowed politely, facing the floor 'What should I do with the rest of the information I've given you?'
Y/N was quiet for a few seconds, reaching for the envelope of photos the man had handed her right after joining her. Her fingers touched the pieces of paper, her eyes scanned the images.
'Are these their names?' She suddenly asked.
Names.
'Yes. For every woman who stepped the hotel room'
