My vision was blurry. Body moving itself as I sat on the bed, silence drowning me as my elbows touched the hem of my knees, face deeply hidden behind the big palms of my hands, sweaty, red with blood.
And silence.
Utter silence.
Not even my racing heart could make it end.
Nor the waves still hitting, the wood, the thunder forming outside.
It was raining. Pouring even.
It was cold, freezing. My skin was as white as a ghost, the breezing colliding against my opened wound and exposed ribs-
I was hot. Heating progressively.
There was the scent of the sea, the faint one of wood and the dust that'd been building up through the years in the slid in between the rips of wood on the floor and ceiling.
And then there was her. In the sheets. On my skin.
I could still feel her taste on my lips. Feel her warmness on my nearly dying hands.
But she wasn't there, no-
She was gone.
And I was alone-
'Jk' I heard my name echoing on my ears, like a distant whisper, a familiar voice recalling in the back of my head.
I ignored it.
I didn't care.
'You have to get dressed. You'll freeze yourself to death-'
'Leave'
My voice was hoarse, my throat aching, threathening to fail at any moment.
'I know you don't want me here' Namjoon insisted, steps sounding too loud as he moved further in my direction 'But I have to take care of you and now-'
'Don't you fucking talk to me!' I growled this time, shoving his hand on my shoulder quickly out of the way.
He stepped back, eyes widening as I raised to my feet, jaw clenched in fury, body heating into flames-
'This is all your fucking fault!'
'I had to do something'
'She'll never trust me again, can't you see that?!' I questioned, voice so loud it might have been heard from kilometers away 'You fucking sold her, what the fuck were you thinking?!'
Namjoon's lips pressed together, chest filled as he eyed me with a frown and a straight face 'I did what needed to be done'
'They would've fucking tortured her!'
'I don't give a shit' He was quick to reply, hands inside his pockets, with a shrug 'All I care about is to find my teammate and so should you'
I gulped, shoulders tensing as I eyed him-
I couldn't recognize the person ahead of me.
I'd always looked up at Namjoon. He was our leader, my leader. He wasn't careless or selfish, he cared for the innocent and he always made the correct decision.
Not anymore.
I was ashamed of him- I hate him. I fucking hated traitors-
'Don't look at me like that' He affirmed, demandingly 'What I did was right. You know that'
I don't. I fucking don't.
'You don't need her trust. You need to find Hope'
'She was helping me. We were about to-'
