The echo of my boot damping the floor bursted around the ghostly house.
Even the fireplace was silent, the thick pieces of wood slowly vanishing into ashes in between the huge marble structure, enlightening and warming the living room.
The curtains were perfectly still, even though the wind swirled violently outside.
Heavy rain cut through the trees, slicing beautiful gardens in half.
And she still wasn't there.
I shifted on the comfortable couch, fingers nibbling on my lower lip.
She was alone.

My phone buzzed on my pocket and I picked it up, seeing Namjoon's name on the screen.

The sound of the butlers classical shoes shot on my ears, making my head turn to the side instantly.
