Chapter 11- Now You Look Scary

In Juno's office, a team of football players are surrounding Juno, talking over each other.

"Will you guys shut up and leave me alone? I've got all this paperwork to do."

Outside the door Miss. Argentina knocks and let the Maitland's inside.

"You three, come in here. Sit down. Get in here, the three of you!" Juno says angry.

They walked in and sit in the seats in front of Juno's desk.

"The whorehouse was my idea. I want Betelgeuse out of thepicture! You three have really screwed up. I receive word that you allowed yourselves to bephotographed. And you letBetelgeuse out and didn't put him back. And you let Otho get ahold of the handbook!" Juno scolds.

"The Handbook? When? I remember seeing it before we got here" Y/n questions.

Juno looks at her angry, "NEVER TRUST THE LIVING! We cannot have a routine haunting like yours provide proof that there is existence beyond death."

A football player knees down next to Juno, "Coach, where's the men's room?"

Juno looks at him frustrated, "I'm not your coach. He survived."

Another football player kneels down, "Wait Coach, Let me get something straight. What's our curfew around here?" That was the last straw for Juno.

"Will you get out of here!"

The football team leaves the office, going to find the men's room by themselves.

"Go on, get downstairs! Men's room! Are you kidding? Can't you read signs?" Juno pushes the last of the players out of the room, while the Maitlands just watches. "I'll be right back.

Charles and Delia are outside on their porch thinking about what happen last night.

"Maybe this was a bad idea." Charles says.

"I didn't say anything." Delia answered fast, but gives up. "Who are we kidding Charles? You've never had a bad idea."

"Yeah?" Charles smiles. "Yeah, this could all work out. Home." He takes a deep breath. "Though, I'm not sure if this is the right environment for Levi. Snakes. Ghosts." Charles says worry.

"Shrimp." Delia adds.

"Oh, you family types. You've got other things to worry about. Maxie Dean is coming up here tonight. You got to figure out a way to sell these ghosts. I could only do so much." Otho says walking towards them wearing a robe and drinking.

"What are you going to do, Otho? Viciously rearrange their environment?" Charles questions.

"I know as much about the supernatural as I do about interior design." Otho states looking at the two then at the house.

In Levi's room, It's dark and the only thing lighting the room is the window with the curtains pulled back. Dramatic opera music is playing throughout the room. Levi is dresses in a all black suit and is sitting at his dressing table, writing a paper while crying softly. Next to the letter is the bunny Levi always have with him when he is in his room.

"I am alone." He looks at it and crumples the paper, starting over. "I am utterly alone. By the time you read this, I will be gone. Having jumped..." He scratches that out. "Having plummeted off the Winter River Bridge." He keeps on writing, looking at the bunny of the only person he felt happy with.

Back at Juno's office, Juno is back behind her disk, still yelling at the Maitlands.

"I don't care what it takes. You get the Deetzes out of there now!" The three nods their heads and get up from the chair.
