Also at first Mui is very distant towards Tanjiro, you'll find out why later

TANJIRO POV

I just got back from a mission, in Swordsmith Village. That Tokito boy was pretty cute- WAIT WHAT? I shouldn't be thinking like that! He's a hashira!... But his smile! His eyes were gorgeous when he was excited! Misturi told me he's never acted that way toward someone before... but I shouldn't think too much of it, he's probably not even gay or bi like I am...

I must have zoned out because Shinobu shouted my name, "Tanjiro! Are you alright?" "Huh- Sorry! I zoned out for a few." She nodded, "Alright, well I finished bandaging you up, just be careful alright?" "Of course! I promise!" She giggled. "Oh-Btw Rengoku requested to eat dinner with you tonight," "O-Oh alright, I'll be there. I should get going now." She nodded and I walked out.

Rengoku was always paranoid after I got hurt during a mission. But I didn't mind, he was just trying to be caring was all. But sometimes he does go overboard just to make sure I'm not overworking my health, which... I normally laugh about it. I had a few hours before dinner so, I decided to walk around for a while, I ended up in a garden, and I noticed a figure sitting under a tree, with a flower peddle gently being twirled in between his fingers, It was Tokito!

"Hey Tokito!" The boy's face turned the color of the rose pedal.

"H-Hey, I told you, you can call me Muichiro- actually no scratch that... c-can you call me M-Mui? Instead?" I chuckled, "Of course To-Mui!" The boy's face turned even more red and he looked away. "So, whatcha doing?" Tok-Mui didn't respond, "Mui?-" He got up and walked away... 'Huh? What was that all about? Did I do something wrong? He was so nice earlier...' I thought as I sighed and walked in the opposite direction as him. I walk towards Rengoku's estate, He always told me to call him Kyojuro or Kyo, because he didn't want it to be fancy. He always found a way to make me laugh.

Once I arrived I was about to knock on the door, when it slid open. "Hey, kamado! My boy, how are you feeling?" It was Rengoku, in his loud tone as usual. "Amazing actually," I lied, I normally didn't lie to him but he would freak out if he knew anything was wrong. He froze then pulled me inside, "WOAH-" "You're lying. Who hurt you?" "Um, I-uh..." I sighed knowing with him I wouldn't get out of this.

"Okay-fine. It was Tokito, he was kinda cold towards me, but he's like that with everyone," I said reasoning. "Don't think I don't know already Tan," "Wait how?-" "Misturi told me, Tan you're my student! I know everything about you," "Right... sorry I lied," I said, I felt really guilty about lying to my Teacher. "It's alright Kamado. Let's go eat dinner," I nodded.

He led me to where we normally ate, he said something stupid that made me laugh, I think that was his intention. 

MUICHIRO POV 

I walked off because I couldn't handle that much more of, sweet Tanjiro! I was blushing red, his voice was just too much for me, it was soft but attractive. After he walked away I followed him. I spied on him eating with Rengoku, they were both always laughing... I felt jealously course through my veins. I wanted to be Rengoku... he was so lucky, I just couldn't help it! Every time I talked with him my face felt like fire, and I couldn't stay around him long, or I'd embarrass myself. 

After they finished eating, they talked for a bit more. When they were saying goodbye... or at least I thought- shit I forgot ever since Tanjiro became the Flame pillars student he moved in with him. They exchanged a few more words and then they hugged... I decided to follow Tanjiro to his room once Rengoku walked off. I crept through the halls, making sure not to make a sound. I quietly knocked on Tanjiro's door. "Come in!" Tanjiro said, In his normal sweet tone. "Hey Kyo-san I thought you were going on a walk- Oh... Muichiro..." He said once he realized who I was. "I-I came to apologize..." He looked back up at me shocked. "Huh? What are you talking about?" "I was cold to you, but I have a good explanation... *sigh* The truth is, I-I have-" "What the hell are you doing here?!" Yelled a voice behind me. It was Rengoku- shit I forgot to close the door behind me. "Tan! Did you let him in?" "What no I thought you did!" Rengou glared at me. I glared back, leaving a death stare and minutes of silence. "U-Um guys?..." Tanjiro said in REAL concern. "I need to tell him something," I said to Rengoku keeping our glare battle. He looked at Tanjiro, "I-Its alright Kyo! I'll be fine, let me hear him out, alright?" He nodded and walked out. 

"You might wanna make it quick... I don't think Kyo has a short time before he loses his temper," "Right, well..." I approached Tanjiro, and I caressed his cheek, "M-Mui?" "I love you... Tanjiro," We stared at each other. 

"T-Then why did you give me the cold shoulder? Like I was nothing?" He asked confused, "Because, I didn't want to do something I'd regret. I didn't want to embarrass myself." I said pulling my face closer to his, he gasped. 

"Tokito! Time to go! Tanjiro needs rest for training tomorrow!" Yelled Rengoku, dammit! He ruined the mood. I sighed, "I have to go..." Tanjiro just nodded looking opposite, of my direction. I left the room, Rengoku glared at me as I left his place.

TANJIRO POV

What just happened? Did Mui just confess? I just sat there in shock, when Rengoku walked in. "What did he say?" "I think he just confessed..." I mumbled under my breath. Rengoku's eyes widened, "What happened to the cold shoulder?!" Rengoku said pissed. "I know... I- don't know how to feel... This whole thing I just- I cant right now..." Tears filled my eyes, how would I deal with this? I didnt know how to feel! I may think he's cute but idk about a CRUSH cute. Rengoku noticed and got even more pissed. "Im gonna end him!" He sprinted out the house, I ran after him.

He always had a way of overreacting when it came to someone hurting me, but he's never gina as far as hurting them back! "Kyojuro, please stop!" I pleaded, soon I lost sight of Rengoku. I didnt want him to hurt Muichiro! I sent a crow to Shinobu, to warn her what's about to happen. 

When I arrived to the scent of Rengoku, I saw Uzui and Giyuu holding Rengoku back from Muichiro, whom Shinobu was standing in front of. "RENGOKU!" I yelled, he looked at me. "Tanjiro... I-" He paused and suddenly stopped trying to attack Muichiro. 

He got Uzui and Giyuu to let him go and he walked up to me, "It's alright, he didnt do anything Kyo," "I-I just hate seeing you hurt..." I hug Rengoku, he hugs back. "S-Sorry," Rengoku apologized, I nodded. "Lets get you home, you've embarrassed yourself enough, no?" He chuckled, "Yea, that's probably for the best." 

As we were walking off, "Sorry, for this!" Shinobu nodded. On the way back I asked Rengoku a question, "Why were you so mad that he confessed," "I wasn't mad about that, it was more of the fact he broke in to my home, and made you cry." I smiled, "The house part I get, but man sometimes you care to much." We both laughed.

"Alright, you should get some rest, you had a big day today Kamado," I nodded and walked to my room.

Once I was in my pajamas, I tried going to sleep but just couldn't, I couldn't get my mind of Muichiro, is what he said true? Was he about to kiss me, if Rengoku didnt interrupt?

I got up from my bed and changed my clothes, I was planning on going to Muichiro's to talk...But how I don't know his address. I'll just have to get his scent. I walked out the house making sure not to make a noise, once I was out I could barely just make out his scent. I followed it and it led me to what I can only assume is his estate.

I hesitantly walked up to the door, I knocked on it. It took awhile for someone to come. The door opened, "Oh- Tanjiro, I wasn't  expecting you to be here so late at night. Come in!" Muichiro said. I walked in, "I wanted to talk about earlier-" "About what? You mean you're Sensei trying to beat  my ass?" I laugh, "No, when you confessed!" He giggled. "I know just joking... Sooo." "I think I feel the same..." 

Muichiro walked up to me, grabbed my chin to pull me closer. "Then you don't mind do you?" I shoock my head 'No'. 

He kissed me, I kissed back, wrapping my arms around his waist. While he caressed my cheeks. (NOT THOSE DIRTY MIND)

We didnt want the kiss to end, but we had to pull away for air. When we did we were gasping for air, I smiled at him, he smiled back. He kissed me again, this time he bit my lip, I didnt understand, so he did it again this time harder. I gasped, he stuck his tongue in my mouth, making sure to explore every part of it. 

We pulled away, "Wow..." He snickers. "I love you Tanjiro..." I smiled. "I love you too, Mui."
