Chapter 19
Forbidden forest [ time 9:00]
"Isn't it a tad late to be out right now though?" Richard asked as he walked with you. or more like floated.
"We could have gone later on Taia, No?" he asked again with worry.
"It is okay. I'm sure everything will be fine" You smiled shaking off the worried feelings that was starting to bubble with in you.
Choosing not to listen, to the sound of reason in your mind. telling you to go back and wait for professor Fig until the morning.
"Surprising how much of this, is rather unfortunately coming back to me" Richard grumbled sadly.
"Oh I'm sorry Richard! you have been very helpful to me indeed" You whispered feeling bad about dragging him back to the place of his death.
"You are very kind, but its best I leave you to it! I will be waiting for you here. Just in case something happened, Which I'm sure wont right?" He eyed you suspiciously, and sighed in worry.
"Uh Right! Thank you!" you forced a smile. about to turn around and go into the cave, when he called out for you.
"Simply stick to the path. and keep a sharp eye out for danger. You got it!" You smiled at him genuinely now.
Thankful he was worried you would meet the same fate as him.
"I will!. Thank you Richard" You waved him good bye making your way down the road.

Ominis POV
Slytherin common room [Time 8:30]
"Any luck yet?" I asked Sebastian as we met in the common room again. after what felt like an eternity. of searching every place I could think of to find her.
"No I looked around the undercroft, the courtyard and the library! she was no where to be found" Sebastian sounded lost in thought after. Thinking where did you go off to.
"What if that letter was not from professor Fig?" I asked. worried, that she had gotten herself in trouble.
"What are you talking about Ominis? You think she lied to us?" Sebastian's voice got a tad louder lacing with worry. as he asked me the question I was hesitant to think of.
I had searched everywhere in the castle, I could think she would be at. But could not sense her or find her.
I even shamelessly went into her room of requirements, in hopes that she was there. maybe secluding herself away from people, but had no luck either.
"I hope not!. I'm worried Sebastian...we should talk to professor Fig!" Anxiety beating me around unfavorably. As I hoped he would know the truth of her whereabouts.
A very familiar footsteps approached us. I could hear Imelda sigh loudly, making her way closer to me and Sebastian.
"Gaunt! Sallow!...You lot look like you had seen a ghost. ah my bad Gaunt 'sensed' a ghost! Is everything alright?" She asked with a hint of sarcasm, that carried through her voice.
