A warmth that your body was getting accustomed to wrapped you gently in its arms.
The aroma of his scent hovering over your face with each breeze, almost dragging you back to dreamland without hesitation. asking you to surrender yourself again, to the new happiness that has now bestowed itself upon you.
Your eyes refused to open, in the sweet melody of his soft breaths, that almost lulled you back to sleep.
The corners of your lips turned upwards when you started remembering last night events.
His heated gentle touches. his soft kisses that lingered, and burned every inch of your body, that now helplessly itched at the memory of it all.
You couldn't resist the urge, to open your eyes and stare at him openly, as he slept next to you so peacefully. But stopped for a moment more remembering his words.
'My warm spell'
The nickname he whispered into your ear, as you fell asleep in his arms the night before resonated with in you deeply. The meaning behind it holding more than the words let on for the both of you. His love was a haven, from life's stormy tides. A place where you can rest, and be by his side.
Your eyes fluttered opened. slowly and carefully, trying to keep your movements, and breaths to a minimum. considering his strong sense of hearing.
You looked around, as the sun rays had invaded the once dark cool room with it's warmth and light. The gentle beams cascaded over his pale skin painting him ever so elegantly.
Waking up next to a handsome man, A vision of perfection, so grand. Was a new found pleasure that left you breathless.
His chiseled jawline, his strong arms, his broad shoulders, a body sculpted like a work of art. The way he was sleeping with such grace, and elegance left your heart in shambles.
