Athena Gilberts had been trying to sleep for the past two hours, but couldn’t shake the feeling of something being wrong. 

The only thing on her mind is the repeating latin words of Emily Bennett. “Sanguis tuus sola res est clausa custodit, ne iam sanguinem tuum habeat. Clavis es” is what she told Athena the night she destroyed the necklace. 

She couldn’t help but think those words were important, and she just couldn’t shake them off. She finally got sick of her awakeness and got out of bed. She turned to the clock seeing it say 3:23 am. She sighed and walked out of her room. 

She hurriedly walked down the stairs, and to the kitchen. She grabbed herself a cup of water, looking out the window. She could feel herself start to tilt to the left, making her grab onto the counter. She felt something hit her head, making her groan in pain. 

She quickly grabbed onto the counter for support, as she reached up to her head. She could feel something cold oozing down her head. She gasped in shock, trying to get to the stairs. She didn’t make it before her body fell to the floor, passing out.

“Ah,” Klaus Mikaelson groaned slightly, bringing his hand to his head. Both Maddox and an unknown witch looked at Klaus with worry. Klaus closed his eyes, before opening them again, but he wasn’t home.

He could see flashes, Athena laying on the floor, blood dripping down her head, then a fire with Athena yelling at Bonnie to stop a spell, then a man running into a cave, and finally a girl who looked highly similar to Katherine–

The vision changed to Stefan and Damon holding HIS mate in their arms.

Klaus opened his eyes with a new rage coming to life, he couldn’t believe it. Maddox furrowed eyebrows but that didn't distract Klaus, as he walked into a room with five coffins. 

He sped towards his sisters, opening it to see his sisters eyes closing like she was seeing that same thing he did. Klaus angrily shut his sister's coffin, before turning to the two witches. 

“Maddox, have you found her yet?” he questioned the witch, who shook his head. 

“Not yet, something about her is still cloaked,” he told the original. “Whoever wanted her hidden, had her hidden. The only I could find is if the witch who casted the spell died, or until her birthday.” 

“When is it?” Klaus asked his servant. Maddox reluctantly shrugged.
“The only guess is that it's in four to five months,” he told the vampire, who looked pissed but nodded. 

“Alright, I need you to keep trying,” he told Maddox. “My mate is in trouble, and if anything happens to her, I will paint this whole world in red!”

Athena groaned, rolling over. She didn’t make it far, as she realized that she wasn’t in her bed. She was on the floor. She looked around herself with confusion, seeing that she wasn’t in her house either. She pulled herself up, seeing that she was in some type of hotel room. 

She furrowed her brows, and tried really hard to remember her last moments before she fainted. She came up with nothing, making her sigh. She went to walk out, but the door opened before she could. 

Her eyes widened with shock as she saw it was the man from the other night when Emily took over Bonnie. She let out a gasp, trying to back away more, but her body hit the wall. He smirked seeing she was awake and moving. 

“Morning, sleeping beauty,” he taunted her. She was still in shock, as her eyes held horror. He just walked over to her, as she closed her eyes ready for him to kill her, but he didn’t. “I’m not going to hurt you. . .” 

“W–what?” she questioned, confused, opening her eyes. She made eye contact with him, still not understanding his motive. He just brought his hand up to her hair, and pushed a strand back. 

“I need you,” he told her. “And hopefully you’ll deliver.” 

“W–what could you need me f–for?” she asked him confusedly. He just tilted his head. 

“If I told you that there’d be no fun in my game,” he grabbed her neck harshly, pulling her face closer to his. “How about you sleep some more.” 

Before she could reply, he smashed her head into the wall, letting himself smile at that. He picked her body up and brought her into the bathroom, laying her next to a passed out Bonnie. 

“This is about to get good,” he whispered to himself, brushing some hair out of Athena’s face.

Mrs Montgomery walked down the streets of Beacon Hills, coming to a stop at a beautiful house. She was very nervous, but couldn’t help herself but feel excited. She was going to see her daughter soon, and she really couldn’t believe it. 

She walked up the steps and knocked at the door. She could hear a couple voices, before a woman her age opened the door. She looked very hot, and had dirty blonde hair.
“Can I help you?” she questioned her rudely. Mrs Montgomery kept her composure. 

“I’m looking for Chistopher Argent, do you by any chance know where to find him?” she asked the women, who looked confused, before yelling for a ‘Chris’. 

A man came to the door with confusion, before his eyes met hers. He looked at her in shock. She smirked at him. 

“I think you and I need to chat. . . maybe you can start with where the hell my daughter is!” she whispered angrily at him. He opened the door more, even though he was still in shock. She smirked and walked into the house.

AND CLIFFHANGER! I am so sorry this is so short, but I really have no inspiration to write. I'm trying to get back into it, but you know, it’s kinda hard. I just started high school so updates on stories are going to take some time. I’m currently figuring two other stories out, so I hope this is good enough until a read update. Thank you for reading.
