Back in Action

After Dinah's ankle had finally healed, she decided for her Sunday to go to a public beach. Before she had even reached the destination, voices blared from the park of the beach and there were many present. It didn't long before someone had recognized, screams and squeals were heard and Dinah immediately thought to turn back and go back to the facility.

"Golden Warrior, God you're so attractive." One of them says.

"Excuse her." Her friend laughs nervously.

"Absolutely not, she's single so I'll shoot my shot." She smirks at Dinah.

"You are single right?" The third friend questioned.

"Ladies please, I'm flattered but I'm not interested." Dinah sighed, just wanting to go for a run.

"Ugh!" The third girl groaned in annoyance.

"You're too hot to not be wanting to date." The first one states and Dinah laughs.

"You have me mistaken, I said I'm not interested, that means in you. Your quiet friend I've taken an interest into." Dinah smirks at the girl in the middle.

"Wha-" She is immediately cut off by her two friends.

"WHAT!?!" They yelled in sync and Dinah can only laugh now.

"Gotta run, I hope to see you in the area sometime." She winks with a wave as she began to job along the pavement of the beach.

That's one way to deal with them, Dinah thought as she put on her headphones. As she jogs, she sees basically Rihanna's whole squad, minus Normani getting ice cream. She was going to ignore them but they noticed her and blocked her purposely.

"Ah, the Golden Warrior." Willow pointed out.

"What do you guys want?" Dinah sighed, wanting to go back to her running.

"Nothing much, Although, are you still you know, obsessed with our puppy?" Gabriella eyebrow rose and Dinah held a bamboozled face.

"Who?" She asked.

"You know who, don't play dumb." Montero crossed his arms.

"Yeah and she's not even here, use your context clues idiot." Willow hissed and Dinah face scrunched up.

'Wow harsh', she thought and just scratched the back of her head.

"I'm not obsessed with 'your puppy' nor was I ever, she is just someone I grew up with so of course I would want to communicate with her and rekindle." Dinah explained.

"Even when she wants nothing to do with you?" Solána questioned, she was always to herself.

After their face off is when they had an actual conversation with each other, the interaction was through dancing and if Solána hadn't slipped on one of her moves, Dinah is sure she would have won. She knew that Solána had better judgment and that is one thing she'd never questioned.

"If she wants nothing to do with me then so be it. I'll keep my distance." Dinah threw her hands behind her back, to the others it was a sign that she didn't care but to Solána it was to hide her emotions.
