It felt cold to be summer.
Chuuya burrowed further under the blanket, head swimming.
It was 12:30 pm by now, and yet he didn't even have the energy to get out of bed.
Maybe drinking a Red Bull would help...
Nope. He couldn't even get out of bed to do that.
Then of course, his body decided he needed to pee Right Now, and he had to drag himself out of bed. He groaned, walking to the bathroom.
"I look like I'm dead," he said to no one in particular.
Once his hands were washed, Chuuya reached under the cabinet, fumbling around for the thermometer. He stuck in his ear, which was especially sensitive in his current state. When he heard the beep, he looked at the little display window.
100.1° Fahrenheit.
"Shit."
Chuuya slumped to the floor, his vision getting increasingly swimmy.
"Ughhh."
He managed to get back to bed, but no position was comfortable. Chuuya felt awful. He was freezing, and yet the blankets didn't warm him up, and on top of that, his skin felt, to the touch, like it was actually on fire.
He suffered alone until at last, he crashed into a delirious sleep.

Dazai was not one to get places early. He generally took his time, and still managed to get places without being late. It just always worked out in one way or another, so he didn't bother with it.
Now though, he was early.
If he was hanging out with Chuuya, there was no reason not to be early. It gave him more time with his small friend, and, he thought with an evil grin, it would surely annoy the redhead that he was early, too.
Knocking on the door with a smug look on his face, Dazai expected Chuuya to just answer. He didn't think anything would come in the way of his devious plan to annoy his study partner.
