Foosha Village: A sleepy rural village with windmills on the outskirts of the main Goa Kingdom. Notable as Luffy's home and birthplace, it is where he met with Shanks for the first time, inspiring him to be a pirate. This village is run by the mayor, Woop Slap.
It is still unkown if Luffy was really born at Goa kingdom, Goa kingdom was introduced when Luffy was 7 years old and he left the place after 10 years to set sail to be a pirate at the age of 17(same age as Ace when he set sail)

Right now I'm planning on adding Harem since I like most one piece girls and I can't really decide who to make luffy's girl, but it's kinda unfair to just add 1 girl so I guess I'll do a Harem?
