So the sword Luffy used in chapter 3 will be named after one of the top sword in Japan's history the Onimaru Kunitsuna : the sword of the demon
The Onimaru Kunitsuna is a 12th century katana forged by Kunitsuna, a blacksmith of the famous Awataguchi school. This sword is surrounded by legends and mysteries, especially because of its name, which means "sword of the devil". According to the legend, the sword was so named because of its fearsome edge and its ability to strike down demons.
I just decided to name it after this sword since it's class is unknown in this story (for now) I named it after one of the great swords of Japan.
Let's just say that it's A bit higher class than mihawk's, Roger's and Zoro's Current sword at the manga.
