The next couple days went by, because I was busy prepping for the launch. We had to push it back a few days due to some problems with the app. This app is supposed to save father's company. This is the first time that 'Ryan' has been out in public but from what I gathered, he indeed has an attractive face. Well, I guess we both do, since we are fraternal twins. From what my father told me, Ryan hates being in public. Asher has not made any problems for me. The night before the launch happens, we agreed to go get drinks. He openly is being friendly but I cannot let my guard down. We are using this to our advantage. I hear a knock on the door but I ignore it. Lexi however walked up to answer it. Ugh. Asher walks in. He is wearing a black suit. It matches his eyes. Wait? No snap out of it.

"Good afternoon, Asher." I said not looking up from the papers. He lets out a little chuckle.

"I am surprised that you buried your nose into paperwork." He sat down in a chair that faces the desk.

"When are you going to be done being surprised by my actions?" I said nonchalantly. I got a little chuckle from him.

"Still a spit fire I see." I just roll my eyes.

"So, is there something that you need? If not, then please get out of my office." I ask, sighing and placing the paperwork down. I look up to face those blue eyes. Ugh, sometimes being a girl is hard. I have a weak spot for blue eyes.

"I just came to see you." He threw a wink. I think my heart just did a flip.

"So, you have nothing to report to me, do you?" I said. He shook his head.

"I will meet you at the place for drinks, you can leave." I said. I picked up my paperwork and resumed working. I heard him stand up but I did not expect him to rip the papers from my hands. I shoot him a glare.

"I want to get drinks now, I want to know what type of drink you like." He walks around the desk and grabs my wrist. He then starts pulling me out of the office.

"Hey, seriously this is not funny. Let go." I said, trying to pry his hand off my wrist. It caused him to tighten his grip. My imagination is going wild of all the things I want to do with him.

"Not a chance pretty boy, we are going to go do guy things." He said. He tossed me into his vehicle.

"You know that this is kidnapping right?" I said. I scooted as far from him as I could.

"Oh well. Guess it pays off the being the Prince of the city then." He said

"You trying to prove a point?" I smirked.

"Hmm, what point?" he returned the smirk. So wanna play that game huh?

"You are trying to get back at me for calling you no good for nothing playboy, right?" I laughed.

"Yes, you know that you wounded my ego, right?" he said.

"Oh, you poor baby. Get over it." I said

"Ouch, why do you have to be so cold?" He made a sad face. I am trying everything in my power to not pounce on him.

"That is just who I am. Oh look we are here." I literally dive out of the car to get away from him. I check my phone and it's five pm. I shoot father a text that I am meeting a 'friend' for drinks. Ever since that night, he has been acting like a protective father. Ryan is lucky to grow up in this environment. Asher motions for me to follow. We head up the stairs and the back corner booth. Flashes of that night to play in my head. A waitress comes over to take our drinks. She shot me a wink, and I felt uncomfortable. In order to find out what happened to my brother, I told Lexi to release a tip that I was going to be here tonight. Whoever went after my brother will think I am him who escaped. They will kidnap me and take me aback to their hideout and that is where my brother should be hiding.

"Penny for your thoughts?" he asked. Ugh he interrupted my thoughts.

"No, just thinking about what I am going to say at the launch." I said. The waitress comes back with our drinks.

"Here you go." She placed them on the place. There are three.

"Wait, miss, I didn't order the whiskey." I said.

"Oh, my apologies, a customer ordered for it for you." She bowed her head.

"Oh, okay thank you." I said. I look at the glass and it is bubbly. I am pretty sure alcohol is not carbonated. It was drugged. Bingo. I took a sip from the water.

"You don't drink?" he raised his eyebrow.

"I'm not a fan of hard liquor." I said. I started playing with it. I should take the medicine before drinking this.

"I can drink it for you." He said. He was reaching over to the glass.

"NO!" I shout. I clear my throat. His eyes got big.

"Uh what I meant it was I will drink it but in a little bit." I said. I can not have him drinking this. I discretely reach for the pill in my pocket. I ball up my fist and set it on the table. Then go to 'scratch' my nose and pop the pill in. Asher did not seem to notice. I reach for the whiskey and take a swallow. It will take a few minutes before it hits my system. Asher and I engage conservation about the app. After a while, the drug was starting to take effect.

"Excuse me but I have to go to the gentleman's room." I stood. I was a little dizzy.

"Woah, are you okay?" he looked concerned.

"Yes, I just can't hold my alcohol." I nervously laugh. Then start to stumble and walk to the bathroom. I sense someone is behind me then I fell into darkness.

Asher's POV

I went to Ryan's office and took him out for drinks to celebrate the app. When the waitress came back with our drinks, Ryan started to act different. He studied the whiskey glass, like something was wrong with it. He eventually took a sip from it then started talking about the app. After a few minutes, he started acting strange. When he stood up to excuse himself, he could barely stand. He just smiled that charming smile... wait what am I thinking? He is a man but his actions are those of a girl. I watched him walk off to the bathroom. I have a gut feeling that something is not right.

It has been over two hours since he left to go to the restroom. I wonder what is taking him so long? Wonder if he found a cute girl to talk to. That waitress was eyeing him but he did not seem interested. I take out a pipette, take a sample of the whiskey and stick in a plastic baggy. I will examine that later. After waiting another thirty minutes, I got up and went to go look for him. I feel like something bad happened.
