My body feels heavy but I was right the kidnappers came for me. It means that my brother probably escaped from them. My hands are tied behind me. I hear two, three voices coming from the other room. The medicine subdued the side effects of the drug. I hear footsteps coming in. I pretend to be asleep.
"I know you are awake." The first male said.
"It was worth a shot." I said
"The drug wore off sooner than it was supposed." He said. I laugh.
"What's so funny?" he walked over and slapped me. I did not even make a sound.
"The fact that I knew you would come for me, so I prepared a medicine for it." I said. The other two males are trying to figure out how to get me out of building without making a scene. I can hear the loud music. Since I woke up early, they won't be able to leave the building.
"You have gotten smarter Ryan but that won't last long." He said. I quietly reach for my knife on my ankle. Good thing the room is dark.
"That is a pity. I have greatly improved since the last time." I said. I was distracting him. When I get the knife free, I slowly cut the rope.
"But sadly, you will not get to see them. I believe my time is up." I free myself from the rope. He was in shock and could not respond when I slashed his cheek.
"Unfortunately, you won't get away with this." I smirked. His eyes held a glint of terror.
"Who are you?" he panicked.
"Well, since I will kill you anyway, I am Ryan's twin sister. You messed with my family and now you are going to pay." I said. He looked into my eyes and sensed them darkening with anger. He looked terrified of me, well he should be. I am the devil from hell. I threw my body at him and he fell to the ground. I stabbed him in the leg. He let out a scream.
"Now, tell me what you know?" I asked
"Like hell I will tell you." He smirked. I smiled and twisted the knife in his leg. He grunted out in pain.
"I don't like to repeat myself." I said. I kept twisting the knife in his leg.
"Okay, okay. Fine. I will tell you." He gave up.
"Aw, I am having fun with this," I pouted.
"He was looking into something that he should not have. He got way too close to the truth behind your father's company. So, we had to get rid of him. Boss was not happy." He breathed out.
"Then what happened?" I said, pulling out the knife and jabbing into a different spot. He yelled out.
"He escaped about two weeks ago." He said.
"Where did he go?" I asked, twisting the blade, and pushing it deeper.
"I swear I do not know. I swear it." He said. He did not seem to be lying. I reached for my gun and put a bullet in his head. The other two men entered the room and saw me. The second lunged for me and I dodged him. I took the butt of the gun and whacked him in the back of the head, knocking him out. I put a bullet in his head, too. This last guy is taller than me. He lunges at me and I try to dodge. He is way too fast. He knocks out the gun out of my hand. I smirked and tossed aside my knife.
"Alright big boy, hand to hand." I taunted him. He tries to land a punch but I block it. I land good one square with his jaw. He backs up. He tries to come at me again but I kick him in the stomach. He falls to the ground. He swings his arm under my feet and fell backward. He crawls onto me and starts to punch my face. I block and with my palm hit him in his nose. He wraps his hands on my neck and starts to strangle me. I see my gun and struggle to reach it. I am losing consciousness, I finally grabbed it and shot him. I heard the door burst open and I see Asher walk in looking distressed. His lips were moving but I could not hear anything. My vision was blurring then I succumbed to the darkness.
